- I visited a famous egg street food spot in Udaipur to see what a local breakfast dish tastes like, it was an unusual meal for me but I really liked it and the portion size was big. Afterwards, I got a nice drink and a beautiful Indian shirt to top off a lovely last day in Udaipur.

I appreciate the way in which you make your vlogs. You include all sides of india in your vlog. From the luxurious hotels to the local streets. Which is quite commendable as western media only shows india as a poor country. India is a country of extremes, you'll find the richest billionaries in india and the most poor people as well. It has skyscrapers and slums both. And also, each part of india is beautiful in its own self. So yeah I appreciate your vlogs. You didn't shoot like BBC, CNN Or Al jazeera.

Harry as it's summer season the most preferred states to visit is Kashmir Himachal pradesh, Uttrakhand and North east part of India as we have Assam,Manipur,Arunanchal etc and yes leh laddakh.These are cooler places fit for you in summers April till August.

You missed much of South India. Hyderabad , Chennai , vishakapatnam.
The biggest problem you will face in India is language barrier, specially in Street food staller ,
I want to say that , they won't talk to much to you as you are an English man but they are humble and good , don't misunderstand them if they don't talk to you a lot, because they don't understand English
The tuk tuk wala said that the road is under construction and the shortest way on the map is not really accessible. So he has to take a longer route. Hence he asked more than normal.

@@harryjaggardtravel Summer is the worst time to visit any country. Always visit India during winter season. That's the best time of the year. Oct to Feb is the best.
Normal it's 10 to 25Rupee long rides maybe 50. city to city are 150 to 200rupee. So, yes your definitely getting ripped off.
₹10-25 for rickshaw or share tuktuk not for reservation 🤬..
When I went to Udaipur recently massive road repair work was going on. Actually sewage and other piping work and lot of roads were blocked which were otherwise showing open in Google Maps.. So, he may be lying or may not be actually.

The tuk tuk driver mentioned the road works happening therefore he was not able to take you on the way google map shows- generally in India; roadworks are not mentioned in the google maps

The foreigner come to india to see monuments and northeast doesn't have that much monuments of heritage value .. like forts , palaces , ancient cities etc .. only thing is food and culture and that's why most of the foreigners avoid northeast .. but lot of Indian youtubers cover northeast because it's different

That tuk tuk driver was telling you that the route that you recommended is under construction. That is why he was asking for 150 as he has to follow the other route. Some tuk tuk drivers do make extra money by exploiting tourists but not all of them are like this. Please respect them, they are really hardworking people. Dont get judgemental about them all the times.

I would say that 100rs is acceptable for 5-6km and 70rs for 4-4.5km and 50rs for 3km and lesser.

Do not travel udaipur on Sunday, because every thing is close on Sunday, . Lots of many more things leaved which is best in udaipur .

Take a ride of famous Fateh sagar lake, Saheliyo ki badi, hatipole non veg market. Rajiv Gandhi park. And many more things you don't see. And yes also take help of your Susbsriber which are local in that city, they will tell you all about of that city. And protect you from being scammed by other people.
