Then one day J Cole comes to his shop and he does a complete 180. J Cole treated him with respect and Adam didn't have the same energy. He always promotes the worst parts of hip hop. Danny makes excellent content around podcasters but he’s recently been on record saying that some people think they’re lazy because they don’t go for more salacious content and lack of content on their patreon compared to other podcasts in the hip hop space.

Love y’all but as a viewer of both, this is kinda misinformed, No jumper didn’t split because of Allegations or adams commente. AD even said that in his opinion, the allegations were false, and that Adam isn’t racist. They split because of Adam kicking AD off the main show without telling him, and he had to hear it from others first. That caused Trell & DoKnow to leave based off the disrespect of someone as solid and essential as AD.
Hosting Richard Spencer and giving him a platform is emblemmatic of a much larger issue within the 'culture'. Hard to even call it that anymore if there aren't parameters in place to properly gate-keep folks like that from profiting off of it.

Adam 22 embraced SoundCloud rappers when the larger hip hop community wasn’t embracing it. It was on brand for a guy who came up around the punk/grunge scene and bmx, obviously you can interpret it as much more opportunistic for him to do that. But it’s odd to call him a culture vulture when hip hop itself didn’t consider the people that originally made his show blow up a part of the “culture”.

I agree with you to an extent. Adam did embrace the SoundCloud rappers but he did that at the expense of the culture. Look how he used to talk down J Cole. Then one day J Cole comes to his shop and he does a complete 180. J Cole treated him with respect and Adam didn't have the same energy. He always promotes the worst parts of hip hop. Now to be fair he did give his homies the opportunity to work beside him which most of them are black, but I don't think that excuses his bad behavior.
