- Russian occupiers get so brazen that looting Ukrainian homes is for them like a trip to a supermarket.
In a telephone conversation with the invader, his wife asks for a laptop, sneakers and a suit of the right size. The Russian soldier has to get all these from captured Ukrainian homes.
He brags that he has already got her some good cosmetics and T-shirts, and his colleagues are carrying whole bags of loot!
‘What Russian will go without stealing something?’ his highly moral wife supports him.

Reminds me of when Iraq invaded Kuwait. The soldiers were more concerned with stealing cars, stereos, watches and the like then escaping with their lives. Americans were bombing them and they were still like "I need to retreat, but not until I go back and get a TV". We rented a house in the Northwest and the first night the "nice" guys next door broke in and stole our laptop. One was the grandson of the owner of the house, a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. We suspected them at first but they seemed nice and even played with our kid.
Only months later after we had left we found out the truth. A sweet neighbor called us and told us the police had arrived and searched the place and found dozens of stolen bicycles and computers and other items. Our laptop was long gone, no doubt sold on ebay or something. A event like that can easily make you hate humanity. It would have ruined our whole stay, except were we determined not to go down that path. Yes I can hate them, at least that part of them. But most people by far are good. I am sure even these Russian thieves have a good side. But without morality society turns into a living hell. Prison terms and the rule of law can do wonders. This is why the ringleaders of corruption and crime, like Putin, Gambino, and Trump have to face justice.

Just how are they supposed to get these "Treasures" home. On top of carrying there own ammo, gear, and everything else you think a "modern" trooper needs during combat operations, it just seem ridiculous.
