    Great episodes! Ive worked on a couple of molds that have had a slightly looser tolerance on the ejector pins intentionally for venting.

    i get the customers with zero tolerance designs so i give them the medium to free with the occasional close fit haha

    How do you come up with cad drawing tolerance in the first place. What if your customer gives you a cad drawing without any tolerances. What if your customer gives you a sample part but no cad drawings.

    Zero tolerance is impossible to achieve. If you really need to know what tolerances to use for any application, go get yourself a copy of the Machinery's Handbook.

      just like if you divide ZERO by anything or anything dividd by zero it will not be ZERO
