All of your idea is gud and try it using tpa3116 series class D types which works on 12v single supply bcoz you know to assemble the amp circuit in plain pcb... Great work bro❤️
Thanks for suggesting but TDA7294 lC only working on Dual supply. It's not suitable for Battery powered Amplifiers. This kind of Dual supply ic running only 12 volt to 24-0-24 Dual supply converter its expensive.
