I already picked up a couple of the Losa volumes a while back due your recommendations/previous Top 10 videos (billet chi, zephyr, name and plate). Thanks for the review David! You saved me ~$60.
David, you have to check this out and review it. Easily the best magic trick I’ve purchased all year. It’s called The Exception from Lybrary
Unlimited by Slugger and the Vicar. Why wait? Just do it!
Never heard of it
@@UnbiasedMagicReviews Brand new! Waiting for your review. I am surprised they have not sent you a deck for review.
Thanks for the reviews, sorry to hear that Scott's new videos aren't very good, I'm a huge fan of his MMM books, they're great!
Couldn't agree more on the recommendation for Julien Losa, his downloads are so dang good.
MMM vol 1 and 2 are awesome.
Thanks for the review! I did a search for "Switchcraft" and it looks great but both the book and DVD look like they're unavailable now? The Losa stuff looks great too, so I can pick that up, or bit the bullet and get Orion. Thanks again!
Excellent review as always! The price is a bit steep considering there is not much live performances and the materials are just average.
My recommendation for the best bang for your buck is Julien Losa Billets for the modern mind reader series.
@@fredericklo1thanks… glad the review was helpful
I haven’t had a chance to watch this review, which I am sure is excellent and informative as usual - and I can vouch that this reviewer REALLY knows what he’s talking about. I am unfamiliar with the other works mentioned in these comments, although I have heard very good things about them, and I love Scott’s earlier material which I own. I am just here to address the above comment about Switchcraft not being available anymore. Switchcraft is indeed available for purchase if anyone is interested. I can’t say how well the material in Switchcraft holds up to the new stuff, which may or may not be better - hopefully, at least some of the new stuff is better, as I would expect improvements over the 18 years since Switchcraft came out. I know the material I personally use has definitely gotten better, and I try to update the Switchcraft ebook when I find the time.
Hey can you suggest bank night routine ?
Just one spectator or multiple spectators?
@UnbiasedMagicReviews one spectator. I just saw you re version and I wonder if you are going to teach it ?
@@Lightingtree107 I might give away my version as a prize on my channel one day if I see enough interest. I came up with my own version because I didn't like the versions that exist. I needed something completely examinable that looks and feels real.
You might want to check out Drew Backenstoss version that is in his book Architect of the Mind - It is very similar to the version that Derren Brown performed on TV. Another version you might like is John Archer's Blank Night.
@@UnbiasedMagicReviews Nice I will check them out.
@@UnbiasedMagicReviews I was thinking something like yours that can be done improptu without gimmick?
usefull review thanks David. I can't find the review where you talk about the third eye by Justin Higham, can you help finding it ?
I sent you an email.
