Honda Fit - How to change air filter! (easy!) 3rd Generation 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020

Changing the air filter on a 3rd gen (2014-2020) Honda Fit is super easy! Didn't have time for a full adventure vlog this week, but this Honda Fit definitely needed a new filter. No experience or special tools necessary -- this is a super straightforward maintenance item on a Honda Fit.

I am 75 and am going to try to do this. My best friend's husband insisted he could do it, but the poor man had a stroke recently and has problems with his wrists and hands. My friend swore he would be fine and wanted to do it so I let him. It turned out he could not get the top off and when he put the clips back on one flew thru the air and was gone. Poor man, I felt bad for him because I knew how bad he felt. He used tape in place of the one clip. Anyway, wish me luck. You made it look easy so, hopefully, I can remove the top and put the filter I bought in.
