Nutek Machinery presents the Phantom series of CNCs by KRC CNC. Load the job folder, hit cycle start and the Phantom will cycle through all programs in the job folder without operator intervention. Operators can perform other tasks and unload the Phantom as cycles complete. The automatic labeling system places a label on uncut panels every 3.8 seconds, eliminating the labeling bottle neck experienced by other machine lines. In this video you can watch 250 parts processed in only 39 minutes. The 8 zone vacuum table ensures individual parts don't move during the machining process, even panels with 52 parts. You will notice how clean the floor stays thanks to the Nuvac 5000 dust collection system by Modesta.
