I didn't mean to ignore or not introduce Robby. We didn't know each other before I hit record and I was just unfamiliar with his work. (Podcast Lesson learned today)
This is the difference this is why this podcast will be huge admitting you’re mistakes and fixing them.
No big deal man, so everyone is on the same page this podcast is about Matt!!!! Me and Rory are just guests of the guest.. it was an awesome experience to be apart of a podcast and see how it works! Hopefully one day we can do it again!! Thank you for having us be part of this!

This was a surreal experience. I've watched Cooper for years. I wasn't even sure why I was there, this was Matt's interview and I never meant to step on his time. Either way I really appreciate you taking the time and having us on. Thank you.

these 3 men and Paul have saved my menlal health over the last 4 years while the world was going crazy, im 80 yrs old i love them all.
I'm 69 a 100% disabled veteran many times I was way down ! I get on RUclips look up any one of these guys and many other just to get away from the BS around home ! I get to go on adventures , seeing beautiful scenery , some great laughs and a little holy cow that shook me with that almost disaster !
Coop, can you have Robby Layton on by himself sometime? I'd like to hear his full story and he was respectfully quiet for the other guys interview. Thanks man love the podcast.
I was pretty unfamiliar with him at first. This episode was last minute. I would like to have him back as I feel I didn't do him justice.

I was so disappointed that @RobbyLayton got ignored. He didn't even get introduced.
Robbie was very respectful and he was very humble.
That's his default mode - he's a very sold dude who knows how to turn on the 'dad mode' goofy energy when it's called for.

Robby Layton is a unique guy with some real personality. Positive attitude and drive to win like no other. His paint work is stellar. One day ill get out west and meet these guys.

Robby is humble and modest. I think he feels like an apprentice to Matt and Rory in regard to off road recovery and is showing respect. Feels like you forgot to invite Paul. Robby should have his own interview. Bring the "Boss" too!
If you listen or read the comment it was a last minute podcast they did why in Florida.

I feel like since the last games. Paul isn’t interacting with Matt’s so much anymore. You know Paul wanted to go to the Freedom Factory.
@@okiebob5873 Sounds like there may be some issues between Matt and Paul (or at least between the two businesses). Hopefully their successes don't come at the expense of a decades long friendship - OR, it's all internet drama about nothing and they are just taking their businesses in different directions.

I learned alot about Robby just seing how respectful and modest he was, next to the spotlight. Very enjoyable podcast.

I've been watching Matt's Rory's, and Robby's channels since the beginning of each. Although I've heard bits and pieces of their "how I got started" stories over the past few years, it was great to see Matt and Rory just be themselves and talk about their transformation from regular blue collar workers into video producers, personalities, and marketers. I'll be looking forward to hearing Robby's version of the same. This is probably the quietest I've ever seen Robby, lol.
I feel it shines some awareness on All three of these guys attention that they didn't give Robbie any time and just chatted on at the end about nonsense.
Hey Cooper. I am a big follower of the off-road community and realize that is not your ballpark however if you agree to have them on your show you should do some homework in advance to understand their community and equipment they possess to do their jobs rather than rely on your producers to create questions for you to read. Although it is evident that these guys appreciated the opportunity to be on your podcast, it is obvious that you did not have the same respect for them or their followers. As you said, stay in your lane.
Robbie.. they didn't even interview you. I'm so disappointed. I love your channel and I watch you guys all the time but we wanted to know about you like how your business got started and how you started doing RUclips. You should do and show where you fill us loyal viewers in. Luv you guys.. take care and keep up the good work.😊

I love watching this interview with Matt and Rory. But poor Robby is being left out for the most part.
Robbie is awesome. When it comes to enthusiasm, he is the expert. He is the quiet one on this podcast, but he is the star of his own channel.

Coop I have really enjoyed a few of these videos. I watched this episode over two evenings. I feel like the sore thumb the whole time was you didn’t know what you had in the room. I kept thinking about podcaster and book author Tim Ferris’s research and study on the people he interviews. He is able to get into some great conversation about the things people like. Take this show on the road! Give Robby an episode and find out who the boss is. I’m ready for, let’s grow!

During the pandemic I was unemployed. I found Derek and laughed so hard I was hooked. Matt had the Banana and hated winches so he was very interesting to watch how he would make a silk purse from a sows ear and they both became my staple. Theyre the best!
Robby is well worth getting to know. Maybe you could set up an interview with him over the interwebs. He has a lot of great projects going on, and an awesome team.
Matt does it 11% better, Robby does it 22%beautifully, and Rory does it 100% crazy, All of the have teams of 1000% committed to the leaders goals. Each knows how to take an impossible task and make each step workable to the people can see the path to being made to the goal. It magically to be honest. Robby was being extremely polite and modest, he has save Matt and Rory once or twice on different occasions. He would never ever say it but when the chips are down Robby can pull their bacon out of the fire. 5 other RUclipsrs too and 10 non-RUclips teams to call on.

I started watching Matt because I did unpaid off-road rescues when I was young. I agreed with his methods because I did almost everything he does.
This could be a 3+ hour podcast and I’d listen. Great conversation. Been subscribers to all 3 for a few years and am always amazed at the patience they all have for sometimes frustrating situations
Trailmater- the defensive back that weighs 290.
World’s Largest Off-road Wrecker- the 350 pound offensive lineman that does ballet.

Paul and Matt were just in Florida on vacation last year. They are Utah Florida men. Paul has Family in Florida .

Part of the reason Matt is successful is because he is unselfish he will involve Rory , Robby, Paul, heavy D. One if the biggest reasons I look forward to his videos is his giving back to his community and family interactions. And respect to the viewing audience and no fowl language. The three of them have a mutual respect for each other.

Husband. Has been in construction aka installing high rise glass installer since he was 15. His Dad had a glass business. Taught him how. Understand how it is for construction, me being his wife, I have been on the boom lift. Employees would break glass on the lift and have had glass dropped on him and I swear my husband has 9 lives. But he can set glass in his sleep. Tj aka my husband has never dropped glass. It's a scary profession. That's why we got started in guiding and teaching off-roading instruction and guiding. That's our story. Now just trying to get him out of glass after 30+ years. It's our passion like so many other entrapanuers we understand it's not easy to get started. So happy for you, roofing is def hard. Being on a white roof setting glass in the summer is relentless. You all do a great job in the hills keep it up

I think you should have introduced all three of them right off the bat and had them do a two to five minute intro of their business/channel.
I've followed all three of these guys for a few years. I like every single one of them and their respective professions and personalities. Good dudes! They'd all be worth having on their own on the pod.
Coop don't sweat not introducing Robby, he is a very humble and professional. I guarantee he understands the situation.
