I just love at 1:53 that tone kind of shifts. Then at 2:14 something feels and sounds /purposefully/ off, like the AI is being distorted. 3:03 feels like it’s lamenting and burning out before a final burst of energy that is the bop of the rest of the song! I love this remix!
This literally makes my back tingle. If I was a boss, I would want this as my theme song. The intentions and purpose on the final battle under Gordon’s eyes as a hopeless fight with only one clear direction to defeating Benrey. With the destruction of the final passport brings hope completely back to Gordon, everything that had led up to this moment meant something. The return of Sunkist and the super player feature, all giving it their all to finally defeat the boss who was always there, with them.
