Hey Patrick, great video on how great Foco is, but on the real---can you do a video on the cost of owning a home here in a great neighborhood---attached to great schools? I'm finding it difficult to make sense of the wages in Colorado vs the cost of living. Coming from California East Bay area, I'm sticker shocked on the affordability on the South Eastside of town for a single family home to raise my kiddos.

I grew up here and my family was car-free. It's absolutely one of the most bikeable places in the nation. You do NOT need a car.

I lived in Fort Collins in the late 70s and graduated from CSU in 1980. Always loved the vibe of that town.
