I was trying to do this with a regular OpenType Font (OTF) and I couldn't get the white out of the text. I had used an OpenType Font-SVG (scalable vector graphics) and it worked perfectly. The OTF-SVG fonts are also called "Color Fonts". I'm learning. I guess that's why it didn't work on regular OTF.

Also, when you download OTFs, they show up as just black-colored, but they accept images, patterns, etc. in your program. It's so fun!
