    why no thermal heat storage tank. Can we not eliminate the need for the air source heat pump?

    Did you mean air to air then water to air? Or do you really mean water to water x2?

    why ice, why not molten aluminium?, seems to store a huge amount of heat and that can be soler heated WITHOUT heat pumps, failing that just a large hot water tank.

    So one air to air heat pump takes too much space and it's expensive, but THREE HEAT PUMPS AND AN BUFFER WITH ICE aren't that expensive, makes sense.

      But no carbon dioxide it may seem little at first pretty important though
