I can't get the new cartridge into the machine, and I can't even put the old one back in. I'm beyond pissed and frustrated! I can't find a video that really helps. I've never ever had trouble with a laser jet before.
Can it work with one toner or there was to be two toners install meanwhile .. they’re so expensive!!
