Update: Logan has still not paid back investors even the partial refund he promised. I reached out to him SEVERAL times. There has been no response from Logan to investors.
I get this is probably known everywhere (thanks to the Joe Rogan podcast thing back in March and some other stuff), but it would probably be worth a brief twitter post to note that he has yet to give the promised partial refund (as it’s more likely people will be aware of this fact that way)

Yeah, I mean, Coffee discusses the chat logs. It appears they were planning a rugpull but Logan didn't sell quickly enough and then decided to not sell at all to not incriminate himself.
On the other hand, I do believe this works as a defense in court. Ultimately he didn't make any money off of it. And now he even repayed those who lost out of pocket.

I think I know what happened: he went to a lawyer to get the defamation lawsuit started and they told him the case was fucked and he wasn't gonna win it. He panicked cause he promised to sue coffee to set the record straight, and if he does that and loses he looks _terrible_ . So he realizes the only option is to back out entirely and hope to salvage as much of his reputation as he can.

Yes, this was very nice. Zilla also knows that Logan is probably full of shit with his apologies and promises, but saying that is too easy. Took the high ground here. I also think since they apparently talked to each other the whole vibe gets a little different with the realization real people are involved and it's not just talking heads on the internet.
