As an Oregon fan, I think UCLA should be a tier 1 team, and Washington should be a tier 2 team.
Illinois beat the pulp wire to wire at Oregon.

UConn will 3-peat & owns the March Madness, they will win their 18 consecutive double digit in a NCAA tournament. The first ever to 3-peat since UCLA in the early 1970s. 7 Nattys overall, 3rd best behind UCLA(11) & KY(8).
