I have a pixel 4 on 13 and when I enable Open WRTs mac filter it doesnt let me on but I have my static mac set on the phones interface and in the router. Everything seems to be correct but when the filter is on I get booted when its off Im on. My wireless desktop seems to work fine with its wireless.
