Aw, did you mean me? The extra l is also a LOTR reference, Mellon is the elvish word for friend that opened the gates of Moria. Really glad to see a new video.
There are many people saying that Korra is not a good show, but even if it's not as good as ATLA, it is still a great Series! Too many people are too fixated on the original series, so they don't get into the mood, the tone, the atmosphere of Korra, which is really good. And Korra has GREAT reaction-moments. So please consider doing Korra. Or at least start with season 1 (you can always say "nah not for me") because you will realize yourself
I would love to see your reactions to Korra. You should definitely watch it after you’re done with ATLA. It’s obviously not as great as ATLA and has many flaws, but it is still a pretty good show on its own.
So glad you're back! Missed your reactions on ATLA. Please consider reacting to "Zoids: Chaotic Century" (if you haven't watched it already) - it's old, but its themes, character development and storyline is ahead of its time. I think you'd really like it!
Lightning-bending draws from the fire-bender's chi like fire, then is directed through the limbs to manifest as lightning. When a fire-bender redirects it, it is still being directed, the only difference is they didn't make the lightning themselves. Most believe Azula's blue fire is a form of lightning, but it is just very hot fire, giving it a blue rather than an orange glow. Thought I'd throw in that tidbit, too. :)
By the way, actual lightning travels at the speed of light which is around 186,000 mile per second. Lightning-benders would have to have literally split second reflexes if bended lightning moves that fast as well.
Iroh spoke of the danger of having lightning pass through the heart. There is also the danger of it seeking its ground and passing down through the legs, or to any conductor the bender might be touching. It would make the bender a human lightning rod and have a great chance of being electrocuted.
Glad to see you´re back ^^ Great reaction as always. I highly recommend to upload the last two epsiodes as one or at the same time, it´s just too awesome and exciting to split it I hope the remaining parts are coming soon :D
I feel like Aang’s been ignoring the fact that he has to kill the Fire Lord the entire series because he’s been to busy mastering the four elements. now that he’s done that he’s not sure what to do and knowing that this is his last chance and if he fails it will be the end of the world Aang has been running from his destiny for 100 years and now he his only option left is to face it
PLEASE do the legend of Korra! Many people may say its „not as good as atla“ BUT its awesome in its own way. I wacht a lot other people react to Korra after Aang and I haven‘t seen one who didn‘t like it. PLEASE give it a go! ♥️ Ps: I‘m german so my english is maybe a bit off 😌😄
I am in complete agreement! I will even go so far as to say it’s as good. It takes a while to get attached, but same thing with Avatar. Korra is an awesome protagonist and the plot and character development and ideas are amazing. Also, he’d be missing out in Varrick…who (I’m so sorry Sokka!) might just be the funniest character ever.
why aang didn't learn to master all the rare masteries and also learn to master all mastery techniques and also learn to block chi and also learn to master all fighting techniques and also learn to master all styles of fighting and also learn to master all martial arts and also learn to master all weapons and also learn to master all the powers of the spirits
S2: Episode 9 will answer your lightning question. You should do Korra. I think you would enjoy it. It is not as lighthearted as ATLA, nut ATLA is from the views of children, Korra is from the view of a teenager. Everything is gloomy when your a teen. Thanks for your reaction. I enjoy your take on things.
I honestly hate Korra and wish I could scrub it from my brain. I have PTSD and it makes me sick and angry, so don't @ me, none of you who starts, 'how can you hate Korra, blah blah blah' know what you're talking about. It's a terrible show. But everyone goes on to watch it so, go on with you. It's nothing but weak capitalist propaganda, disrespectful to abuse and trauma survivors (I mean Bolin..hello. The meditation scene actually triggered my actual pstd), a b list imitation of ATLA, and then disrespects the original ATLA. So I hate it.
Korra is different. A lot different. It kind of tries to be ‘mature’ but is kind of cringe a lot of the time. If Avatar is about 9.5/10 for me, Korra is maybe 4/10 at best.
Man I can't wait for you to finish the series next summer
when did he say that?
And when the world needed him most.... He returned!

Im also not sure who he ment xD
You're the first reactor I've seen noticed the island wasn't there to begin with.
Korra is a great show. Every channel that i'm subscribed to has been told not to watch it, and they are all glad that they actually did react to it.
22:32 u can see the detail, Aang's footprints are different from the others. That's why Toph called Aang twinkle toes.

that it's fun to react to korra
The triumphant return 🤟🏻
I would love to see your reactions to Korra. You should definitely watch it after you’re done with ATLA.
It’s obviously not as great as ATLA and has many flaws, but it is still a pretty good show on its own.
Creating lightning, well Iroh said it's separating negative and positive chi, not everyone can do that.
Welcome back! I love your reactions to this show. I love that you pause to get your thoughts out. Makes it more entertaining.
As soon as you said that, I was thinking ‘he in trouble!’ 🤣🤣

Next episode: by Christmas time.

Korra is a good choice if there isn’t a clear winner in what to do next and I’d for sure stick around to watch it
Hes back!!!!
Airbending slicesss!!

Congrats on the house!!
I don’t feel too bad for Azula, but I’m so excited for the next episode!
You should continue with Korra. Last airbender is better but. Legend of Korra is still an amazing show as well
My suggestion: Rick and Morty
why aang didn't learn to master all the rare masteries and also learn to master all mastery techniques and also learn to block chi and also learn to master all fighting techniques and also learn to master all styles of fighting and also learn to master all martial arts and also learn to master all weapons and also learn to master all the powers of the spirits

I don’t rewatch LOK for just myself, but I do rewatch it with other reactors. For me, it’s meh.
