Kevin O'Hare, Director, The Royal Ballet

Former principal dancer Kevin O'Hare retired from the stage 20 years ago and was appointed company manager at Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2001. Subsequently he served as company manager and then administrative director of The Royal Ballet, and has been the company's director, succeeding Monica Mason, since 2012. In this film he talks candidly about his career as a dancer, his transition into management and direction, and how he is coping with the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
