Great work! We bought 2x townhouses shortly before the upswing in the late teens but we got one for $100-k near Fanshawe not the best area but the original tenants are still renters and they look after the place like it’s their own and send us pics of the lovely gardens etc. and of the kids in their costumes at Halloween so we have a nice relationship. We pay for the parts and they do the labour - anything they want to improve. They’re lifers.
I looked extensively for a home in London due to a proposed transfer in 2008. The third home was identical to one I was to put an offer on. Asking was $170k. I feel for the young people just starting out. 😮
Hi Rayan, Thank you for your videos. It is very helpful and looks like London is a nice place to for families. Maybe you can make a video about rentals in London?
I would love a video on rental prices and living costs for a family of 5. We are looking to move to Canada but it seems the situation in Canada is the worst now as Canadians are leaving?
We are in South Africa. We have power cuts daily, called loadshedding, where our power is off for 1-3 times per day for 2-4 hours at a time. We have water limitations as our municipalities are owing West Rand water billions. We have extremely high crime, armed home invasions, car-jackings, theft, murders, its terrible! We want to move to Canada to make sure we are safe and our kids have a future😢😢
Our inner city sucks saay it bruh😂❤ go to be b4 930 pm . You good . I grew up at Princess elzibeth area and your kinda funny ITS ALL POND MILLS TO THE RIVER .. bahha st thomas or central elgin is where its at for purchase or . Ne ,SW your good East 519 lock yo cars doors 😂❤🤷♂️💪🖤
I have it in my next video. It never seemed that bad to me, but the schools in the area are some of the worst in Ontario in terms of test results. Some nice homes on martinette
I’m not super familiar with rent prices in Hamilton, Kitchener etc. but the general rule of thumb is the further south you go the more affordable. London is more affordable than the GTA and Chatham is even more affordable than London
Hey Ryan, looking for an investment opportunity at the 3 storey apartments at Hamilton and Gore. Would it be a good buy if we can get an even cash flow in today’s high interest environment?
If you can cash flow or break even with todays interest rates then your in a good situation . You will get more capital appreciation in other parts of the city; although, I don’t know what price range your in
Bought my first home in Fairmont 11 years ago now. Never had any issues. Its been a great neighbourhood!
Very helpful. Thanks for sharing!

My home town love it 🎉
I LOVE London and this was my retirement dream. But people with mony have ruined the city with renting out rooms.
Great channel. Thank you for your work.
