Very interesting talk. What calcifies the pineal gland in childhood is fluride added in our drinking water and our drinks. The excuse they use to add it to water is to prevent tooth decay but studies found it doesn't do anything for tooth decay and only reduces IQ in children. It makes you wonder why they really put it in our water supply.

I must say I feel blessed! I keep hearing how the third eye, kundalini, spiritual experience...ect was difficult to attain. I went into a meditative state, saw with my third eye ,the first time and had a out of body experience where I experienced all kinds of mystical, spiritual things! I agree when you say, "go up there, (the head), and come down to the heart, very true, but only intention when going into this meditative state was love. I feel I need to stop there! Oh I should say that I did come away with many gifts.

I recently took 5grams of mushrooms and sat alone in a cave, once deep in the experience I gently started to chant to Shiva “om na ma shivaya” he appeared to me gently at first as a bright white light but as I worked myself into a shamanic trance SHIVA possessed my body and changed my voice to a deep hiss, my upper body started moving in circles as I sat cross legged, chanting in the cave. He requested that I make an offering and a small shrine to him at my local mountain which of course I did, this is the second time I have interacted with the Shiva archetype and it still blows my mind that this is possible. @@prajwol_poudel definitely not psychosis. For as long as I could remember, I had an inner voice telling me I was going to die. It was never alarming, just a fact, that was it. If I tried to force knowing ”when” it would happen, I felt it would be at 34. At 39, I gave up thinking I was mad. At 40, the Awakening was my death, but also my rebirth. My wife gave me the time and the personal space to figure this out. Bless her soul. lol. I too believed I had snapped. But after two months of waking every morning into a new world perspective, meaning, I felt my experience meant that nothing mattered in life and we were all duped at birth to suffer at the worlds whim, I found Eckhart Tolle on Oprah's Super Soul Sunday weekly series, a show I had never watched with a woman I believed I despised. If you do not like something you hear or read, it simply means you're resisting learning something new. You must first be able to admit you dont know, then you open a space for knowing. If you know everything (being right) you can never know anything and your life is very limited. If you know nothing, you have the potential to know everything, and your life is unlimited. FEAR says no. LOVE says yes.

Hello, I meditated a couple of hours in a day, gradually my attitude towards life changed, my behavior changed. My perception got sharp, particularly my hearing and one day I experienced that space entering my mind and clearing my thinking and since than I always has felt space in my mind , thought come but I feel space between me and the thoughts, emotions, feelings. My mind is full of space or nothingness, now i always live from there, I feel and can hear the vibrating sound of AUM or BLISS all the time , In the night, I felt like my body is sleeping and I am awake ..one night I went into the Void (dark black space) where I was present but there was no body or mind, It was me who was knowing and it was me who was known. There I witnessed the Infinity shape energy , vibrating, throbbing, electrifying , with humm sound ( AUM/ Onkaar/Pran Shakt/ Bliss). That energy was flying in me. I understood the message later that I, my true self or the consiousness am the witness of the seperate self/ matter / object. I am shiv / Purusha and witnessing Shakti / Prakruti . I also experienced my heart chakra opening, when it happened I heard bells ringing in my ears and when my third eye opened I got a strong intuition( like some one speaking in ears in my voice) of my uncle's death before 5 days he died. I believe we humans have lost touch with our inner light. We’ve become closer to robots than spiritual beings. I however, have been lucky to experience the presence of my third eye. It was at a spiritual course-session I participated. This manifestation happened after a pranayama session and my third eye appeared just in front of me at about 2-3 feet away. It was the most amazing feeling I have ever had. I had a short conversation with it and it was an overwhelming feeling of happiness. This was some 10 years ago and I only have myself to blame for not pursuing that lead. So, the Chakras are real but, for us normal people are difficult to see or experience because, as I said, we lost touch of our spiritual side. Including me.

Considerable time must be spent on opening the heart chakra, and there are two of them. The “regular heart chakra” and the second which only opens after long dedicated practice in stilling the mind, radiating compassion out to all beings, and the release (forgiveness) of all who have harmed you or whom you perceived harmed you. There are purification and protection practices using sacred geometry and mantras that must be studied in depth, long before you start messing around with the third eye. Not to mention the Karma that resides in each of the chakras, that again, needs to be purified. Work on the heart and the third eye will open naturally of its own accord, as determined by your HigherSelf.
I think mine popped early from smoking weed, and it was trouble. In the middle of the closed eye visuals I'd see upside-down crosses and inverted stars sometimes (sometimes regular crosses and harmless things like cubes). Now I've got some control over it and I don't let it do that. It was also messy adapting to the changes in my psyche.

4:40 I had an exceptional experience with the receding of my vision as I was doing the dishes one night seven hours after attending a one-time three hour meditation class at an SRF church, which I learned of six months before that, when two unknown Indian gurus visited me (one dressed as a modern-day school teacher with a turban, the other his famed pupil, when both were "alive," in a framed photo above his chalkboard) in two identical dreams* two nights in a row which led me to search the internet, after that second dream, for 'past Indian gurus' where I had discovered their identities. After that meditation class, as I stood over my kitchen sink with a mug and sponge in both hands, my body all of a sudden became electrified as if it'd been tased from the relaxing of its pineal sphincter. I was able to see a 180° view from within this form's skull. Both hemispheres of its brain were blue & had lightening coursing through & around them while the front and sides of its skull had less color with lesser lightening while through the two eyeholes floating in the darkness down below, I was still able to see the dish and sponge in my hands. If it had lasted any longer the stiffened body would've continued falling backwards landing on the floor like a coin. I shared this experience with Brother M. in L.A. and he refunded my tuition. I'm okay with that because I'm not an average, fearful "human" with a litigious mindset. * the second dream lasted five seconds longer which allowed me to see who was in the picture above the chalkboard

In other words, many play along to guarantee some semblance of monetary stability along with egoic validity. I'm fine with them not wanting to have this "me" as a part of their organization because all organizations are pretty much corrupt when money and control make up their (hidden) core belief system. That's why if Yeshua were to return, those calling themselves Christians wouldn't hesitate to crucify him! First of all, I want to establish that Islam is not a religion of superstitions. We concern ourselves with the divine only when it is explicitly explained to us in the Quran or the Hadith. There is the concept of a spirit/soul in Islam. Every person has a soul inside of him, but we know very little about it and can never know any more: وَيَسأَلونَكَ عَنِ الرّوحِ ۖ قُلِ الرّوحُ مِن أَمرِ رَبّي وَما أوتيتُم مِنَ العِلمِ إِلّا قَليلًا And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little. (17:85) So, we know very little about the nature of the soul, and that is all we need to know. In Islam, there is no evidence to support any concepts of spiritual awakenings or ascension. The only way to help your soul is to worship Allah in the ways that the Prophet (SAW) did: praying, reading Quran, fasting, etc. And as a conclusion, I will remind that the Prophet (SAW) never mentioned any such thing, and there is no evidence in the Quran. If it (as a spiritual concept) had any truth to it then Allah and his messenger would have said something

During meditation in a dark room the body produces melatonin over a long period of practice and can lean to spiritual experiences. Mathew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. Going into your closet means go into a dark room. During meditation you are supposed to empty your thoughts. They try to keep the real teachings hidden, yet, muslims touch their forehead and look like me when i meditate and do the breath of light. And this is why christianity when doing the sign of the cross.....in the name of the father (God) and place their fingers on their forehead. I resonate with most of this. I saw one of the images you saw, around 57:20.. The image changes so fast but there's a specific one there. I remember thinking for a time that it may have been mother nature, maybe a soul, maybe mine, maybe an angel or some other entity ect, I didn't know what it was but I was aware that it was a spirit. I spent 10 years raving and doing extacy pills. I also smoked cannabis the whole time too. I always took notice of nature. And loved trance music. When I saw the light which I usually best describe as squinting your eyes at any light, you know where the rays shoot off in all directions, It seemed like it filled a huge part of a sky, with so many colours mostly oranges and reds and surely so many other colours, I always wonder if there was sound amongst it, it was around 14 years ago now the exact memory is kinda lost on me but I never forget the image, I was actually high at home on extacy and I remember the light bulb suddenly dimming I thought it was weird and I went to bed a couple hours later and I thought about the light bulb and then suddenly I saw the light, I think it had been there in my mind subliminally since the light bulb in the living room dimmed, it was like I was lying in bed high and used a different part of my brain.. So strange but mystical and stunning... I somehow was able to connect with it.. Although it was one vision one time it really was something, and throughout the whole time over 10 years I experienced other things, so many dreams that came true down to the finest detail, I warned my family many times of things, I warned my aunty her dog would die choking on a chicken bone, her dog died three months later but not from a chicken bone, it was something to do with his own breastbone or something I forget, but she mentions all the time how I said it before it happened, (I'm 36, this stuff happened between age 20 and 30 and since 30 I still experience things but it's much less) I dreamt my neighbour was killed he moved house and 3 or so months later he has gotten into a fight and was stabbed and died, I dreamt I went to a rave and there was a blackout, sure enough I went out 3 days later and it happened, in my dream the rave was in McDonald's, of course it was a real club in real life, but it's not coincidence, once that's ever happened and it happened 3 days after I dreamt it. So many more dreams that came true and others I'm sure where avoided after warning people, I always know they will come true as I wake with a specific feeling, different to having other dreams. I also constantly had deja vus, sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. Also sleep paralysis regularly... I would also get a sense my sister would ring me and sure enough a few seconds later she would, I have a large family and people would ring me all the time but I always sensed my sister ringing. I haven't raved, or took drugs for over five years now, and it all seems to have faded. Maybe it was a combination of everything, maybe it was one specific thing. But touching on what you say about dmt. So much has happened in my life now, I've never been happy in this world, which is why I think I got addicted to raving, it was comforting in ways, the drugs made me feel extra good, the cannabis helped chill me out at home to pass the time, I struggled with my sexuality growing up, and I feel like I'm aging more and more everyday so maybe I'm a bit vain, but I've struggled with work ect ect, I used to be suicidal but as much as I've found happiness at times in my life and still do and of course find days where I'm not thinking about stuff and I'm content somewhat. But I think (and I know I shouldn't be negative) it's all lost to me now, as without the feeling of true happiness I get no real excitement anymore I doubt I even release much dmt. But like I says, what you say resonates because I think my third eye has been open alot in my life. I've been so high at times and I've always been intuitive and creative and sometimes it's all been rolled up into one. I guess alot of it may have stayed with me but I'd be surprised if I got any further as like I says, I stopped doing alot of things that where taking me higher and I just seem to be going backwards and my life now, and has been for years, is far too challenging to get back to where I once was I keep it all in mind, and maybe I'll find something new that helps me grow in those areas again but that's my experience anyway thought maybe it's worth a share after reading other people's experiences Edit* I've watched more of your videos and I'm gonna try meditation and grounding when the summer comes I'll just lay on a lounger in the garden and do it and maybe try the breathing exercises
I felt like kundalini pushed me up to the sky and when I landed, it was like an outward sonar. Like the indentation of a volcano. The 2nd night I was slowly rising above the clouds and like I was a magnet. 2 triangles coming together to form the Star of David. I magnetized from something up above and then I would fall. There was a bungy cord attached to me. I felt such peace and quiet in this void. I was the only one up there. Like a tube of creation. It felt like a tornado ripped my vessel down but I am learning how to reconstruct with trueness and total balance. Thank you for your explanations. They really help.

the third eye is a metaphor for the center of consciousness. it brings together the 5 primary senses with instinct and intuition. its a way to describe the source or center of consciousness and the soul or spirit. it describes the method by which you experience life internally similar to the way our mirror neurons work. the third eye sees a hallucination created from all the sensory input this is also proven by science we don't actually see with our eyes they merely provide data to the brain that it may draw the image on our internal projection screen that we may experience it in a way that we can understand and relate to. the mirror neurons is where your vision actually "sees" what your eyes are seeing your eyes don't actually see your third eye does. its absolutely fascinating. these guys were onto this a long time ago that's simply amazing. ancient knowledge exists and its not a bunch of spiritual mumbo jumbo there are real explanations for things that make sense.

I have seen the merkaba. At the tme, I had no idea it was anything other than my imagination. I had been sitting in a sauna, meditating on visualizing my chakras fr several months. I was imagining moving energy up and down the chakras and suddenly I could see and feel the two triangles of energy fields surrounding me. I have kept that image with me ever since and it's been interesting to learn that I'm not the first to have such an experience.

To understand what it's saying you have to read what's before and after each verse...and also you have to read the whole thing. Ask someone what their next thought is going to be and they just look blankly at you. Try it and see what I mean. So why is that? If we are so in touch with our minds, why can't we know what our next thought is going to be? The reason is that "consciousness" is the caboose at the end of a long train of subconscious processing that starts with our senses. We don't have bodies; we are bodies. Everything we know and feel is all contained inside us. Turn off consciousness (with anesthetics, for example) and any sense of identity vanishes. When we come out of the anesthesia, our identities reassert themselves. That can't happen without internal hard-wiring.

Very interesting talk. What calcifies the pineal gland in childhood is fluride added in our drinking water and our drinks. The excuse they use to add it to water is to prevent tooth decay but studies found it doesn't do anything for tooth decay and only reduces IQ in children. It makes you wonder why they really put it in our water supply.

I must say I feel blessed! I keep hearing how the third eye, kundalini, spiritual experience...ect was difficult to attain. I went into a meditative state, saw with my third eye ,the first time and had a out of body experience where I experienced all kinds of mystical, spiritual things! I agree when you say, "go up there, (the head), and come down to the heart, very true, but only intention when going into this meditative state was love. I feel I need to stop there! Oh I should say that I did come away with many gifts.

I recently took 5grams of mushrooms and sat alone in a cave, once deep in the experience I gently started to chant to Shiva “om na ma shivaya” he appeared to me gently at first as a bright white light but as I worked myself into a shamanic trance SHIVA possessed my body and changed my voice to a deep hiss, my upper body started moving in circles as I sat cross legged, chanting in the cave. For as long as I could remember, I had an inner voice telling me I was going to die. It was never alarming, just a fact, that was it. If I tried to force knowing ”when” it would happen, I felt it would be at 34. At 39, I gave up thinking I was mad. At 40, the Awakening was my death, but also my rebirth. My wife gave me the time and the personal space to figure this out. Bless her soul. lol. I too believed I had snapped. But after two months of waking every morning into a new world perspective, meaning, I felt my experience meant that nothing mattered in life and we were all duped at birth to suffer at the worlds whim, I found Eckhart Tolle on Oprah's Super Soul Sunday weekly series, a show I had never watched with a woman I believed I despised. But there they were. Discussing Eckhart's books, The Power of Now, and, A New Earth. I got and read them both. His awakening was similar and I knew I was not alone.
It's been six years now, and seriously, I wouldn't change a thing. I'm so eternally grateful for this insanely incredible gift, to have true insight into Ego (Eckhart talks about this a lot) , why we are all conditioned by our pasts to believe we know everything, and to fully realize the meaning behind the phrase, ”the more I know, the less I know”.
Would it sound crazy to hear me tell you, I have super powers, because of this Awakening.
I can see the future of people and some other things, long and short term. I know what people are thinking and feeling just by looking at them, which made me into a great conversationalist. I now have weekly classes in my new restaurant in Taiwan, people come and ask me for Life advise. I know things (my link to Source) just by closing my eyes and thinking the question, even physics and relative theory. I neither knew or cared before. I saw the dualism in nature and understand it completely. I can make events happen or have people come right to me, just by thinking. Crazy huh? normal to me.
But, if I leave you with the most important thing I learned from my experience is this.
You never need to be right.
All fear, all suffering, all stress, all problems, are born in your mind out of the conditioning you've acquired believing you must be right.
We all must let go of the desire to be right. Work on this and you automatically enter a world that no longer is happening TO you, instead, you enjoy a life that exists FOR you.
This is called Control. The only thing you ever need to learn to control is YOU. When you discover GRACE through self control, including your body (physical), mind (thoughts), and spirit (gratitude), your life becomes anything you want because you know no one else truly controls you and you find happiness and love is not outside of you to find. Its inside of you, and you only ever get angry when you give your priviledge of happiness away to people or events. And you know love is something you DO instead of something you FEEL.
If you do not like something you hear or read, it simply means you're resisting learning something new. You must first be able to admit you dont know, then you open a space for knowing. If you know everything (being right) you can never know anything and your life is very limited. If you know nothing, you have the potential to know everything, and your life is unlimited.
FEAR says no. LOVE says yes.

not easy... this reality forces things in sequences is an experience we are programmed into, your consciousness can see its future... actually you can see the future in general although is not stable, is sensitive and ripples do change it. However the past is fun because does not change and can be explored... look at what Courtney Brow and his team at the Farsight Institute are doing, when you try it yourself and you realize you can do that too then what they are saying will blow your mind.

I meditated a couple of hours in a day, gradually my attitude towards life changed, my behavior changed. My perception got sharp, particularly my hearing and one day I experienced that space entering my mind and clearing my thinking and since than I always has felt space in my mind , thought come but I feel space between me and the thoughts, emotions, feelings. My mind is full of space or nothingness, now i always live from there, I feel and can hear the vibrating sound of AUM or BLISS all the time , In the night, I felt like my body is sleeping and I am awake ..one night I went into the Void (dark black space) where I was present but there was no body or mind, It was me who was knowing and it was me who was known. There I witnessed the Infinity shape energy , vibrating, throbbing, electrifying , with humm sound ( AUM/ Onkaar/Pran Shakt/ Bliss). That energy was flying in me. I understood the message later that I, my true self or the consiousness am the witness of the seperate self/ matter / object. I am shiv / Purusha and witnessing Shakti / Prakruti .
I also experienced my heart chakra opening, when it happened I heard bells ringing in my ears and when my third eye opened I got a strong intuition( like some one speaking in ears in my voice) of my uncle's death before 5 days he died. Regards to all..

I believe we humans have lost touch with our inner light.

I however, have been lucky to experience the presence of my third eye.
It was at a spiritual course-session I participated. This manifestation happened after a pranayama session and my third eye appeared just in front of me at about 2-3 feet away. It was the most amazing feeling I have ever had. I had a short conversation with it and it was an overwhelming feeling of happiness.
This was some 10 years ago and I only have myself to blame for not pursuing that lead.
So, the Chakras are real but, for us normal people are difficult to see or experience because, as I said, we lost touch of our spiritual side.

Considerable time must be spent on opening the heart chakra, and there are two of them. The “regular heart chakra” and the second which only opens after long dedicated practice in stilling the mind, radiating compassion out to all beings, and the release (forgiveness) of all who have harmed you or whom you perceived harmed you. There are purification and protection practices using sacred geometry and mantras that must be studied in depth, long before you start messing around with the third eye. Not to mention the Karma that resides in each of the chakras, that again, needs to be purified. Work on the heart and the third eye will open naturally of its own accord, as determined by your HigherSelf.

I think mine popped early from smoking weed, and it was trouble. In the middle of the closed eye visuals I'd see upside-down crosses and inverted stars sometimes (sometimes regular crosses and harmless things like cubes). Now I've got some control over it and I don't let it do that. It was also messy adapting to the changes in my psyche.

It could have been more comprehensive by incorporating some mystic concepts from the Bhagavat Geeta , Bhagabata and writings and comments of Sri Aurobindo on the subject in question . 4:40 I had an exceptional experience with the receding of my vision as I was doing the dishes one night seven hours after attending a one-time three hour meditation class at an SRF church, which I learned of six months before that, when two unknown Indian gurus visited me (one dressed as a modern-day school teacher with a turban, the other his famed pupil, when both were "alive," in a framed photo above his chalkboard) in two identical dreams* two nights in a row which led me to search the internet, after that second dream, for 'past Indian gurus' where I had discovered their identities.
After that meditation class, as I stood over my kitchen sink with a mug and sponge in both hands, my body all of a sudden became electrified as if it'd been tased from the relaxing of its pineal sphincter.
I was able to see a 180° view from within this form's skull.
Both hemispheres of its brain were blue & had lightening coursing through & around them while the front and sides of its skull had less color with lesser lightening while through the two eyeholes floating in the darkness down below, I was still able to see the dish and sponge in my hands.
If it had lasted any longer the stiffened body would've continued falling backwards landing on the floor like a coin.
I shared this experience with Brother M. in L.A. and he refunded my tuition.
I'm okay with that because I'm not an average, fearful "human" with a litigious mindset.

First of all, I want to establish that Islam is not a religion of superstitions. We concern ourselves with the divine only when it is explicitly explained to us in the Quran or the Hadith.
There is the concept of a spirit/soul in Islam. Every person has a soul inside of him, but we know very little about it and can never know any more:
وَيَسأَلونَكَ عَنِ الرّوحِ ۖ قُلِ الرّوحُ مِن أَمرِ رَبّي وَما أوتيتُم مِنَ العِلمِ إِلّا قَليلًا
And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair of my Lord. And mankind have not been given of knowledge except a little. (17:85)
So, we know very little about the nature of the soul, and that is all we need to know.
In Islam, there is no evidence to support any concepts of spiritual awakenings or ascension. The only way to help your soul is to worship Allah in the ways that the Prophet (SAW) did: praying, reading Quran, fasting, etc.
And as a conclusion, I will remind that the Prophet (SAW) never mentioned any such thing, and there is no evidence in the Quran. If it (as a spiritual concept) had any truth to it then Allah and his messenger would have said something

@@bluestarwarriors6380 it's been scientifically proven that during sleep the body produces melatonin which is a healing agent. During meditation in a dark room the body produces melatonin over a long period of practice and can lean to spiritual experiences.

I resonate with most of this.
I saw one of the images you saw, around 57:20.. The image changes so fast but there's a specific one there. I remember thinking for a time that it may have been mother nature, maybe a soul, maybe mine, maybe an angel or some other entity ect, I didn't know what it was but I was aware that it was a spirit. I spent 10 years raving and doing extacy pills. I also smoked cannabis the whole time too. I always took notice of nature. And loved trance music.
When I saw the light which I usually best describe as squinting your eyes at any light, you know where the rays shoot off in all directions, It seemed like it filled a huge part of a sky, with so many colours mostly oranges and reds and surely so many other colours, I always wonder if there was sound amongst it, it was around 14 years ago now the exact memory is kinda lost on me but I never forget the image, I was actually high at home on extacy and I remember the light bulb suddenly dimming I thought it was weird and I went to bed a couple hours later and I thought about the light bulb and then suddenly I saw the light, I think it had been there in my mind subliminally since the light bulb in the living room dimmed, it was like I was lying in bed high and used a different part of my brain.. So strange but mystical and stunning... I somehow was able to connect with it..
Although it was one vision one time it really was something, and throughout the whole time over 10 years I experienced other things, so many dreams that came true down to the finest detail, I warned my family many times of things, I warned my aunty her dog would die choking on a chicken bone, her dog died three months later but not from a chicken bone, it was something to do with his own breastbone or something I forget, but she mentions all the time how I said it before it happened, (I'm 36, this stuff happened between age 20 and 30 and since 30 I still experience things but it's much less) I dreamt my neighbour was killed he moved house and 3 or so months later he has gotten into a fight and was stabbed and died, I dreamt I went to a rave and there was a blackout, sure enough I went out 3 days later and it happened, in my dream the rave was in McDonald's, of course it was a real club in real life, but it's not coincidence, once that's ever happened and it happened 3 days after I dreamt it. So many more dreams that came true and others I'm sure where avoided after warning people, I always know they will come true as I wake with a specific feeling, different to having other dreams. I also constantly had deja vus, sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. Also sleep paralysis regularly...
I would also get a sense my sister would ring me and sure enough a few seconds later she would, I have a large family and people would ring me all the time but I always sensed my sister ringing.
I haven't raved, or took drugs for over five years now, and it all seems to have faded.
Maybe it was a combination of everything, maybe it was one specific thing.
But touching on what you say about dmt. So much has happened in my life now, I've never been happy in this world, which is why I think I got addicted to raving, it was comforting in ways, the drugs made me feel extra good, the cannabis helped chill me out at home to pass the time, I struggled with my sexuality growing up, and I feel like I'm aging more and more everyday so maybe I'm a bit vain, but I've struggled with work ect ect, I used to be suicidal but as much as I've found happiness at times in my life and still do and of course find days where I'm not thinking about stuff and I'm content somewhat. But I think (and I know I shouldn't be negative) it's all lost to me now, as without the feeling of true happiness I get no real excitement anymore I doubt I even release much dmt.
But like I says, what you say resonates because I think my third eye has been open alot in my life.
I've been so high at times and I've always been intuitive and creative and sometimes it's all been rolled up into one. I guess alot of it may have stayed with me but I'd be surprised if I got any further as like I says, I stopped doing alot of things that where taking me higher and I just seem to be going backwards and my life now, and has been for years, is far too challenging to get back to where I once was
I keep it all in mind, and maybe I'll find something new that helps me grow in those areas again but that's my experience anyway thought maybe it's worth a share after reading other people's experiences
Edit* I've watched more of your videos and I'm gonna try meditation and grounding when the summer comes I'll just lay on a lounger in the garden and do it and maybe try the breathing exercises

I felt like kundalini pushed me up to the sky and when I landed, it was like an outward sonar. Like the indentation of a volcano. The 2nd night I was slowly rising above the clouds and like I was a magnet. 2 triangles coming together to form the Star of David. I magnetized from something up above and then I would fall. There was a bungy cord attached to me. I felt such peace and quiet in this void. I was the only one up there. Like a tube of creation. It felt like a tornado ripped my vessel down but I am learning how to reconstruct with trueness and total balance. Thank you for your explanations. They really help.

Learning about the third eye , is deep,dope,fantasy,enlightened to understand your self and the spirit world.
the third eye is a metaphor for the center of consciousness. it brings together the 5 primary senses with instinct and intuition. its a way to describe the source or center of consciousness and the soul or spirit. it describes the method by which you experience life internally similar to the way our mirror neurons work. the third eye sees a hallucination created from all the sensory input this is also proven by science we don't actually see with our eyes they merely provide data to the brain that it may draw the image on our internal projection screen that we may experience it in a way that we can understand and relate to. the mirror neurons is where your vision actually "sees" what your eyes are seeing your eyes don't actually see your third eye does. its absolutely fascinating. these guys were onto this a long time ago that's simply amazing. ancient knowledge exists and its not a bunch of spiritual mumbo jumbo there are real explanations for things that make sense.

I have seen the merkaba. At the tme, I had no idea it was anything other than my imagination. I had been sitting in a sauna, meditating on visualizing my chakras fr several months. I was imagining moving energy up and down the chakras and suddenly I could see and feel the two triangles of energy fields surrounding me. I have kept that image with me ever since and it's been interesting to learn that I'm not the first to have such an experience.

thats so fucking vague, people these days interpret anything in any way to suit them. There'd be a lot more references to it in the bible if this is what the bible is referring to since it is very important.

To understand what it's saying you have to read what's before and after each verse...and also you have to read the whole thing.
Anyone that claims kundalini or chakras are biblical clearly hasn't read the Bible in its entirety...
Ask someone what their next thought is going to be and they just look blankly at you. Try it and see what I mean. So why is that? If we are so in touch with our minds, why can't we know what our next thought is going to be? The reason is that "consciousness" is the caboose at the end of a long train of subconscious processing that starts with our senses. We don't have bodies; we are bodies. Everything we know and feel is all contained inside us. Turn off consciousness (with anesthetics, for example) and any sense of identity vanishes. When we come out of the anesthesia, our identities reassert themselves. That can't happen without internal hard-wiring.
