Geoff deep fried your brain with so much bass that you forgot to say whether you recognized the song or not.
Me at the start of the video: "That poor, poor fan. Will it even hold up?"
Me at the end of the video: "That fan has become a percussion instrument, a weapon, and a shield all at once."
It's the return of the riders. This is supposed to be them before they become ghost riders. The bass is strong in this one, take care DJ
The boys are back in town! Geoff left them to make this video on their own. Ghost Riders, before they died, are (left to right) Goff, Daryl (deep sigh), Jeoff, and Jeff.
This is probably the most G1s he's ever hit in one song
Pretty sure Kathy doesn't mind him whispering "Here we go" in her ear 😏😂
Kathy is one of the luckiest women on the planet.
Geoff Castellucci has the ability to plumb the deep depths, but his amazing vocal range can reach the heights. I agree with you, his talent is incredible.
Here we go instead of c'mon..... loved it!
This song is one I knew but even so I wasn't expecting so much bass when Geoff did it. Somehow, it just made my brain freeze entirely...lol...
Thank you for this reaction DJ, and congratulations on 1 year of Patreon! #HerdLove
DJ and Geoff.... always a winning combination! I am sure this song didn't leave you unshaken
I would wager that the synced hand movements were accidental! Geoff sings with his hands the way that other people talk with their hands, so I imagine he just did the motions naturally and they synced up because of that parallel harmony.
Geoff may have stood unshaken but dj sure didnt 😂😂😂💜💜🦌
i've been working my way through your voiceplay reaction playlist and skipped back to present for this one, glad to see the castellucci-induced gay panic hasn't diminished in the interim
Goeff singing is always a treat but I also love Geoff's speaking voice, he reads books on his channel, I listened to his wonderfully eery reading of Edgar Allan Poe's The Tell tale heart and The Masque of the Red Death last Halloween.
Geoff said in his Patreon chat this month that the moves with Daryl and Jeoph were unintentional. Just the way he moves. He didn't even know he did it until he was editing the film. He thought it was really cool he did that.
unshaken and unshaven! ❤
It seems that Geoff has been recently making a concerted effort to flow in and out of his bass notes as part of his covers. These deep runs are amazing. What a talent to be able to reach notes so effortlessly. Deep and deadly for sure.
Have I mentioned to you what I call the Geoff Scare? The constant threat of, wherever in his range he is singing, you’re never SURE he might drop an octave…?
I enjoyed watching this reaction! And I'm with you--I will fight anyone who dares to disrespect Geoff Castellucci.
Geoff: *comes in with bass* can you stand unshaken? DJ: NO CHANCE IN HELL!!!!
Thank you DJ for another great reaction to Geoff. If you look closely you will see that the two Geoff's on the left are making the drum beat sound with their rifles. Check out Geoff's Coffee commercial with them all stand in this same spot in front of Daryl's Cafe. It's too funny with him stirring his coffee with his gun. Get your fan ready for his speaking voice .
I agree with you, I will fight for Geoff and I have in comments. I truly don’t understand the Geoff haters or even those that claim Tim taught him to sing low 🙄 Geoff deserves ALL the credit for his talent and years of hard work.
We ought to keep a tally of how often we have remind people that Tim uses growl and Geoff uses subs for most of their low notes.
I like Tim as well-he has a different sound - and it irritates me every time someone says that Tim taught Geoff to sing low. As if they both haven’t worked at it for years.
They are both so gifted in different ways that it always seems disrespectful to both of them when people make that remark.
@@janetdw Yes!! I totally agree! Tim is talented in his own right but I don’t believe he actually taught Geoff anything. Geoff has overly praised Tim and also Karl from Voctave but is too humble to praise himself. And I think that is where people get confused.
@@janetdw I agree. Think of Geoff, Tim, and Avi. They can all hit the same incredible low notes, but they sound so different. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Tim and Geoff have talked about bass and perhaps traded techniques, but in the end, the two achieve their results quite differently.
Geoff did mention in a video that Tim taught him a couple of tips for a growl but that was about it. Pretty sure Tim has gone to Geoff for tips on subs so like…. Masters of their own crafts trading tips to be more effective. Nothing wrong with that and it doesn’t undermine the work either has put into their skills if anything it’s a compliment to each that they can trade tips and tricks.
@@ShadowFox1412 Which video did he actually say that? Because I’ve watched every video, every interview and in all of his Patreons and I have never heard him say that. He only said he was impressed with Tim’s low growl on the Sing Off. He never said he gave him tips or helped him.
DJ and Geoff never ever disappointing.
I love your reactions. I've said it before, you always brighten my day. Geoff is the absolute best and master at his craft.
Poor overworked bass note fan.... Your reaction made me laugh this morning. Thanks, just what I need before work
Some fun info: Left to right we have: Goff, Daryl, Jeoph, and Jeff - the Ghost Riders before they died and cursed to eternally ride. One of the plug ins for this cover was labeled "Tubular Bells." Most of the costumes from Ghost Riders were in storage and Rick Underwood still had most of the hair pieces saved. This is the first time this particular background set at PattyCake Productions was used. Eli did the lighting design.
This is just 50 shades of 😮❤😮
I get full-body chills listening to this one. Every time. :)
Hi. Love watching & hearing your reactions. Glad you enjoy Geoff's great talent...raises me spirit every time. 😊
Just the riders no Geoff. L to R Goff, Daryl, Jeoph, and Jeff. He knew Daryl would keep the boys in line. Can't believe he let them do this unsupervised.
Really? People STILL complain about a "Low Bass Singer Cover" not actually being pitched all that low? it says "Low Bass Singer Cover," not "Low Bass Cover." Every person that makes these covers is, in fact, a "Low Bass Singer." So you ARE getting what is advertised. Also, who says "Low Bass Singers" can't have a Multiple Octave Range? And furthermore, who says "Low Bass Singers" have to lock themselves in "The Basement?"
Sounds like they want a one dimensional singer to suit their one dimensional lives. So limiting. It seems like a lot of basses have a really good range-why wouldn’t they use it all? 🤦🏼♀️
I FOUND IT!!!! Your reactions to his low notes give me life!
I love Geoff and all his versions, with or without a beard and mustache.😍😍😍😍
In Geoff's case it would be "Hold my coffee"☕ (connoisseurs will understand)😅
Awesome reaction!! I was the same way when I watched this. Thank you for my smile today I needed it. Had to get gel gel shots behind my knee caps.❤❤
Definitely shaken, thanks 😊
I love this reaction about as much as I loved the performance you were reacting to. There is so much cuteness in your reactions that it's like watching a puppy play with a ball, in the best way ever. The bit about separating your bones from your skeleton was also adorably endearingly humourous and it made me giggle so hard I had to share it with my Partner and She giggled, too. Thank you for doing these reactions.
Another great reaction, DJ...well said.
Did you pick up on the fact that these are his Ghost Riders, before they died.? I love Geoff with that moustache. He looks sooo wicked. Actually it reminds me of the actor Sam Elliot, who is also very dishy. Geoff is so naughty. He knows exactly what he does to people. :) I heard one reactor saying he was showing off. Well if you've got it, flaunt it! And yes, synchronised Geoff. Fun isnt it?
9 G1s in chest... in one song.
Well, I guess we know why they became Ghost Riders! This song is so good it's sinful!
Best Reaction!!!❤
Your reactions to Geoff's base drops are so relatable. And highly amusing!
Noted: awesome; notes: awesome!
❤❤❤
You sir are in for a treat! You remember Ghost Riders in the Sky - the 4 ghost riders are here before they died. Geoff is not here.
Loving this reaction, thank you. ❣ Geoff was mean to us in this one. A mean mean man that knows that we like it. 💓
If you need help fighting, I'll back you up.❤😂 Thanks DJ!
I agree. The Jeff clone is always my favorite. ❤❤(one on the right).
Great Reaction
So, so good. Loved your reaction!
This and Ghost Riders need to be played back to back. Geoff and Tim Foust need to get together. Talk about bass notes. ❤🔥
❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
I love the layering in this one!
❤
Well, maybe Daryl and Jeoph (the two in the middle) were just motioning and singing in duet, or maybe they’re the twins out of the four brothers.
Oooh, new headcanon!
Flashback......to 'Enemy'.....Demonic bass laugh?......>^^
I will fight anyone who says Geoff is not talented
I sure would like to know what they did to become the ghost riders.
Have you ever heard of the game Red Dead Redemption 2?
This song is from that popular computer game.
If you get a chance to play the game, grab it.
I highly recommend it.
❤❤❤
