Very cool! Always been partial to the Ford greens with Wimbledon white. Personally I like sea pine green metallic, but the color the owner picked it good too!
That tape are in the driver side fender well is to accommodate room for the power brake booster. My 1969 bronco did not have power brakes, and when I added it, I actually had to slice my inner fender, well push it down and rivet it back together, and spot weld it to clear the master cylinder. The cut out lower down on the inner fender well is to clear the steering column. I just found your channel and I’m looking forward to seeing more of it. Keep up the good work your explanations are great.
Can't blame you for wanting to clean up and correct the minor body irregularities to the shell. It will not only improve the fitment of the body panels but will also accentuate the impeccable quality of the paint job. Let the process begin.
Hey Barry, nice project, it’s really not a bad looking truck with the fenders and hood off a guy could build a pretty cool off road er, but I think I’ll take it complete with a paint job, lol, catch you soon 😆
been a long time Barry. im back finally and gotta catch up on this project. super cool i actually had plans to do this exact thing but building one from scratch with a new frame/body/etc.. priced everything out with links and all in excel and decided it best to try to finish my mustang project the way i want before i start a new one lol.
Very cool Barry! I have 71 Bronco that I’ve slowly been working on which brought to your channel years ago. I just watched the shop update on Patreon, I was wondering what engine was going to be installed? Also will you be doing any modifications on the dash/glovebox? If it’s like mine and most early bronco’s I’ve seen, the roll bar interferes with the glovebox door operation. Looking forward to the rest of the series!
If you cut the glove box door out of the dashboard and move it 3 inches to the drivers side and weld it back into place that will solve the opening and closing of the door for the roll cage interference issue
I just wanted to let you know there is another youtube called no traction faction That is coyote swap a modern bronco just to let you know just in case you are interested to taking a look?
My favorite, Gen one Broncos.

The inner driver side wheel tub is designed that way for the power brake booster to clear the top of the tub, that’s why it’s angled that way
Can’t wait to see it Barry
Definitely get your work cut out for you with what your going to do good luck with it thumbs up 👍
Should be a great build!
Barry looks like a fun porject, c-ya mon. nite. Happy New Year, oh an the cake was delicious. Terry
Happy new year to you and the miss’s
when done, the owner is gonna end up with a bronco much better than he expected. I’m sure you will do a wonderful job on this.
Could use raptor clear bedliner with the paint added to get a color match for rockers, maybe interior.
Hi barry grate show
Glad you're feeling better, Happy New Year Barry
Thanks. Same to you.

Awesome. Can't wait to see this build!
Nice 👍
Love this build! Thanks for posting. Curious to see you work your magic on this one. Where is this tub from? I couldn't find a Nashville Bronco.

Tell Terry he's a jerk for stealing my paint color choice. Cant wait to see it so we can get it assembled and going down the road.
You addressed the rise on the edge of the hood in relation to the fenders. I have the exact same problem. How did you correct it? And what video?
I did not modify it per owner’s request.
@@JoDaddysGarage Thanks for the reply. What would you try to do In that situation?
I would have to look at it harder. Typically I would either cut the fender and reshape it, or break the spot welds loose on the hood and flatten it.
Please Barry some more Mustang jobs please
Have you watched all the others? Plenty to see
Yes Barry I follow your program I like what you doing to Jade. Will you do a Fastback soon.

I believe it’s a efi 302. I’m not familiar with the glovebox issue, but I will check into it. Thanks!

Why not use a bedliner instead of undercoating ?
That’s what I will be using.
