i always see people have to be outside when they smoke at hospitals. but who knows there might be japanese hospitals with smoking rooms inside. alot of buildings have those in japan.
definitely start learning as soon as you can. if there is one thing i regret its that i didnt start learning japanese ages ago. i have one friend who started when he was 11 with anime. he now speaks perfect osaka ben so well that when japanese people hear his voice they think he is native to japan.

Really I dont think it will concern me when i go there cause Im in the process of quiting but still it could be usefull knowledge. I was a smoker for awhile and sorta got lucky quiting, I was in a coma for like 27 days so It was easy for me, and now when I see people smoking in areas where they shouldnt I get pissed.
