that's pretty much what the hood is... that crime element is terrorizing. some streets you can't just casually stroll down (especially at night). but in all honesty... it's just another neighborhood with laughing kids, old men chattering on their porches or stoops, dog walkers in the park and every day Americans going about their daily lives. it's hard growing up in the ghetto, but you make the most of it.
