I was trying to do this today. Removed the dash and I was looking for the Eeprom box in the exact same position. I couldn't find it. Got tired and left it for tomorrow morning. Seeing this video I should be finishing the job in 30-45 minutes. I have spent 4 hours today lol. Great video. Thanks guys.
Interesting to see what's under the dashboard of my Yaris! (Can't help thinking that there must be an easier way to re-program what is an ordinary eeprom than dismantling the interior of the car.) The chip is a 1998 vintage ATMEL 344 (93C56A) which contains only 516 bytes (arranged as 256 16-bit words).
LOL!! Next you will need to separate each one of the wires inside the car harness, then you need to take out all the coolant and the oil out of the engine and finally you will need to disassemble the transmission. once you do this your key will be programed ;) Thanks for the video i was figuring out how to dissasemble de A/C panel!
If you have no working key this is the only way, believe me done loads. Not with touchclone though, that just looks over complicated. I just remove the EEprom.

Just a quick query - at 03:44 it shows you clipping to a unrelated EEPROM/ECU - is there a reason for this (i.e. is it for bypass or security bit)?
nice brother so very detail, thanks a lot i will try on my yaris
nice unit
TOYOTA RUSH LOST KEY PROGRAMR
Are you crazy? Remove half of the car to program a key? OBD machine will do it without all of this hassle
only if you have one working key
Which machine will do AKL on Yaris 2005-2010 ...?

for sure you dont know what you are talking about.........the only is to remove the smart box and reset your eeprom to virgin state
Too much job you crazy I got a obd tool that do all that w/o removing the whole dashboard
Which tool ? AFAIK, in AKL cases, you can't do anything by OBD on those.
