    Seems to me that you talked yourself from "I don't like this bow, I think it's a waste of time" to "ok, it's a nice little bow, it's accurate, it's just too small for me". Using it actually convinced you that it's better than your original impression. That's actually a testament to how decent of a bow it is. I just ordered one. Looking forward to getting it.

    That was my first bow and I love it i use it for bow fishing and just shooting a few arrows in the back yard I find it easy to use and my mates who got me into archery all love it at first they hated it but they have all slowly warmed upto it and ask to use it

    Gearhead is the company you are thinking of.
    Looks like a decent bow for bowfishing, small and compact, not overly powerful.

  • @wganz
    @wganz 5 лет назад +9

    I want one not because it is a "HERO" bow but because it is compact and doesn't make my wallet compact. There are critters that appear around the house that I don't want to use the shotgun on but still want/need them dead. That is why I'm getting one. And you can put the dog down and test the bow out first. Then, tell me about it.

    • @pearseoconnor5507

      It's not a hero bow, just the opposite. A low key bow I can sit in my truck with and shoot rabbits out the passenger window from the drivers seat nice and warm.

    I have one of these bows but in an adjustable version of 30-70 pound draw weight I have it set up with a pendulum sight instead of a three pin sight along with a wer
    he🎉r litisker biusket arrow rest and I like it because of both the smaller liter size so less trimming of branches over head and around you thus breaking up your outline even more plus with the higher draw weight it is faster to shoot I have found that like you I had to adjust my D-loop but also I had to use a bow press and lower my peep sight a small amount to make it more comfortable to shoot at my style of draw also the other company you are thinking about is liberty archery.

    So transparent; you are gatekeeping archery and protecting your profit margins because nobody else can compete with the Chinese. If you are just getting started, you do NOT need to spend $700 for something that may end up sitting in a cupboard unused. You might not like it because you are used to full sized bows but there is nothing wrong with this bow for someone toying with getting in to the hobby and you know it.

    This bow should be shot using a wrist strap trigger type release aid it would be easier to use and more comfortable because of being a short bow. In my case I am a meet hunter I don't shoot competition or trophy hunt I do it to put food on the table so for a tree stand bow or ground blind or hunt and stalk bow it makes sense plus I am left handed does it come that way and can a pendulum site be placed on this bow
