Amazing how kenworth changes the look of their trucks every 20-30 yrs!!!!
Forgot to mention the engine brake lever on the right side of the steering wheel. Once you get used to it that lever makes it easier in my opinion than reaching for a button on the dash.

Nope the interior is pretty basic for a t880. I'm surprised somebody sprung for the big motor but not the Guage package. I know the. Dash has the digital but analog is nice to or the touch screen

When I was a kid my dad pulled his lowbed with a 4-71 GM. A 6-71 was considered a good engine for a ten wheeler and a 8v-71 was considered a huge engine. I guess that’s why they put in all those truck climbing lanes!

Great truck!!! But electronic dash is mistake. The whole front dash needs to be redesigned. The best option is regular dash with all gadges.
How come you 20000 lbs front axle with one steering box?

Our local KW dealer told us you couldn't get 605/2050 in a 880 cause the cooling capacity wasn't big enough. 565/2050 was max. Idiots!! It's Ok boss bought me a new W900 instead!!!
I was Told The Same Thing, That The Design of the Hood couldn't handle that amount of Horsepower and Torque
Got to have that cooling capacity on long pulls but you would think the engine could be setup to use less power during those occasions.
Horrible headache rack. Mounting with u-bolts and it totally blocks the rear work lights. Nice truck though.
