Kukis from Myanmar snuck into Manipur, owing to the political unrest in Myanmar and also sustain and fund their guerrilla rebels Kuki- Chin KNA, ZRA, etc. Taking chance of the state Government's weak dominance of power in Hill regions as the hill regions fell under the control of Assam Rifles and the state had authorised the Assam Rifle forces for policing and security in these hill districts Churchandpur, Kangpokpi, Pherzawl, Chandel, Tegnoupal, Kamjong. These Myanmar nationals cultivated poppy in Manipuri soil and established Mafia and to run their militarised cartel KNA kuki national Army, uklf, etc. Assam Rifles represent Mainland Indian who do not care what happens in North east state like Manipur. Knowingly, they allowed poppy cultivation near and around their camps as they are provided leisure, percentage commission or share, kuki women to make the officers happy. So the AR officers have landed in Paradise created by Kuki militants. When CM advised the state police to crack down on these poppy cultivators, the kuki military decided to pull the trigger and terrorise the state. Hence, the term Kuki Narco terrorism developed. Bro dont just take a jibe with a one line statement. CM cannot control Kuki militants now coz centre didn't allow SOO abrogation. So he takes the blame trying to protect Manipur.
