Hey brother I’d actually like to know more about how you set it up with them and getting employees etc. there’s a local dealership I’ve been in contact with for years but have been hesitant bc I’m solo and know I wouldn’t be able to do it alone. Any advice is greatly appreciated
Thank you for checking in. I’m posting different ways of going about obtaining and maintaining dealership accounts. My last 3 videos will bring you to speed and I’ll be posting more. There’s a lot that goes with it and I’m gonna break it down step by step.
When we first started we did a couple of dealerships and rental car companies. We are looking to get back into those spaces starting next year. Without being too specific, how were you able to take over the entire detailing department? What pitch or negotiating tactics did you employ to bag the contract and what advice can you give?
@@epicautointernational Honestly there’s no pitch… I just show up often to remind the Service Manger that I was available. At some point I felt like my time was coming and I’d receive a phone call. Keep those business relationships tight and something good will come from it. Just keep showing up no matter how many times they say,”Thanks we already have a crew”…
Hi, i was wondering how you charge to take over their detailing department? I have a high end dealership wanting me to do the same and i’m unsure how to price it. Any info is appreciated stay blessed!
You have to figure what works for you. Ask how much was the last guy charging then add $100 -$150 dollars on to that. At this point you can negotiate from there. You have to have an absolute minimum in your head going in that you’ll take and be happy with. Don’t go in without a minimum. That’s how you get your head chopped off by.
In the process of starting up a mobile set up in St. Augustine, FL.
Thank you for all the great information brother. Looking forward to future vids.
Pace yourself and get as much hands on experience as possible as you’re expanding your business…
