Hi and thank you for watching. It has been a very interesting project but we managed to pull it through. No, I don't have a Japanese staff. Think of it this way, I am a very creative person and lucky to have so many helpful subscribers and followers both here on RUclips as well as on IG.
Thank you for watching. Yes, it is not so easy. However, if you do the steps carefully without hurrying then you will succeed. I wish you all the best. Regards, Tom
Thank you for your comments and explanations. It is indeed a very good method to unbuckle your ski boots and try to stay balanced. Great advice. As what comes to ski's all I can say is that there is a huge difference between the recreational ski boots and carving skis and the proper racing gear we use. Whenever you can test skis do it. And if you can test boots its even more important. These videos in Japanese have been a test to see if there is demand for them in Japan and its great to get feedback from you guys. We will do more. Cheers, Tom
You can of course carve on almost any slope if you are really really good but if you need more control or you need to turn tighter, skidding that top part is a great technique.
Thanks for the comment. Not sure what you mean precisely but the modern skis turn by them selves as soon as we tip them on edge. However, it is not easy just because it is simple :)
Thank you for watching. We that skied on the old skis all had that same problem. Just relax and do the drills. Start with the first one and do it together with an other skier and give each other feedback. Record on a phone and view it straight after. Good luck this year.
Not sure what you are asking. Google translate do not make any sense. However, it is seldom a matter of "ankles". Yes, ski boots can be a problem but if someone can make a video on their phone of you skiing I can give you a comment. Kind Reg. Tom
@@Triggerboy62 thanks. I wanna ask you how to drop my body and get close to the snow surface. In other words, I can control skiing right under my body, but I cant control skiing away from my body on a steep.
@@Triggerboy62 BTW, I think a woman’s voice is a good “polite” choice with which to present your work to a Japanese audience. And a man’s voice to present Miku’s work to the Western world would work well, as a voice of “authority”. Interesting that we often think that we are less gender biased. You would be a great second choice to do the voice over for her, after Mikaela Shiffrin! 😁 Interesting choice, Miku not using voice overs at all. Wonder what the thinking is behind that.
Doing voice overs are difficult for many reasons. It takes time scripting for voice over and the recording process is complicated as you need good equipment, studio environment and patience. However, there was no gender thinking behind the voice over on my video. She helped with the script and did a demo that we ended up sticking to. Most of the time simple is better.
