I make a drink called tepache that involves fermenting a pineapple with assorted spices, like cinnamon and star anise, and some brown sugar. You only ferment it for two days, so it's non-alcoholic. The recipe calls for an ancho chile, but I also add a cascabel chile and cayenne pepper, because I love the heat. The result is a sweet, fruity, slightly fizzy, and incredibly spicy drink. It leaves you with a slight itch in the back of your throat and it's refreshing on a hot day. Highly recommended and easy to make. Serve super cold. Give it a shot!

@@stickinittotheman1 Just be sure to leave the skin on the pineapple when you ferment it. The natural yeast on the pineapple is what triggers the fermentation. After two days, there will be a bunch of bubbles as a result.

The fruity aroma of chilli blends well with the dark aroma of coffee and the hot coffee really brings out the spiciness of the dried chilli. But I would only recommend it to people who like chilli to begin with.

This is just Tower Defense Persona 5 but Dr. Maruki is in charge of Leblanc and Sumire is the protagonist with a genderbent Arsene instead of Cinderella.
