It's amazing how ignorant I was of God's Word. I was in Church for decades and never read the Bible because my Pastor has a Masters of Divinity Degree. While I was working all week he was studying, praying, and preparing his sermons. When I started reading God's Word I realized how much I didn't know. Romans, changed me and helped me finally put the sins I was practicing behind me. The biggest thing I was shocked about was how some things I was taught were wrong. It was a hard pill to swallow. You will never know what the truth is if you Don't read the Word of God yourself.

oh man, Romans hit me hard the other day in the shower i couldnt stop crying for like 5 minutes! especially because it related to a previous conversation I had that day before.. yep God works in the most amazing of ways no doubt! he also brought my childhood love back to me after 20 years!

I had never heard the gospel either! I was in catholic school as a child and another church, the Bible was not suggested. I truly didn't know but thank God at 62 I do know what our loving Father has done for the world!

It's amazing people, especially nowadays honestly believe that lying, stealing, cursing Gods name, blasphemy, sin in general, adultery isn't a big deal. Still believe they're good, still believe that they'll make it to Heaven where we're promised "EVER LASTING LIFE" for committing knowing sins. Delusion is real.
I'm also amazed at this. I always wonder if someone else lied and stole from them, or slept woth their spouse, would they consider that person "good" as well?🤔

Of all the Catholic Masses i went to since i was little there's only a sermon or two i actually remember to this day. One was when i (21 or so at the time) went with my two younger sisters b/c our guardians wanted to make sure we attended church. That particular sermon the priest read Mark 9:41-50 where Jesus says it's better for you to cut off a limb (hand, foot, or pluck out your eye) than to go turn Hell "Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched." It was the first time a sermon from Church really stuck with me (that i recall); and a few years later God showed me i was headed there. Cried out to Him for mercy...life's never been quite so good since. : )
She does what millions do: She made her own god, one she was comfortable with. Except, of course, that god doesn't exist and can't save. I pray she (and her daughter and giant husband) will see the holy, righteous God who does exist and who, alone, can save them. May they see the dire, eternal consequences of their sin and repent today. In Jesus' name, amen.

He won't, gauranteed. How do I know this? History is a good predicter of future events. Think about it, people have been saying this for eons.. actually Jesus said he would return in 'their' lifetime but he didn't. I always ask people if they can give me the definition of believe, faith, repentance and contrite heart. 9 times out of 10 they can't. So then I explain all of these to them. Then as I am ending my conversation, I ask if they are going to have a conversation with God, trust him and repent for offending God. If I get a yes, than I ask when. Then I suggest that they do it before the day is over and ask if they will. If I get a yes, then I say Praise the Lord and I expect to see them at the gates of heaven one day. Then I give them some information of what we just talked about with my salvation story. I also include some really good preacher videos, including yours to get them started in the discipling process. Ray I would love to see your cartoon tracts and video include the definitions I mentioned above. What do you think.

@@Lerian_V NO WHERE in the Bible does it say JESUS CHRIST taught to confess your sins to a Priest. Maybe in the desert to AARON during the Exodus but that is it. HE taught Repentance to GOD and being born again, being Baptised in Faith. Did David "confess on his knees to Nathan?" NO, he prayed to GOD. Read the Psalms.

I am new to been born again and was a Catholic since i was a boy , I read the bible so many times but it was only when i read it with other born again Christians that it started to become clear. It was very hard for me to accept how wrong i had been, I am grateful to God for showing me the truth after many decades of suffering in addiction before it was to late and my time was up. I think it was mostly because of the daughter... she is young. We preach the gospel with love, respect, yet boldly and in truth. Ray protected the mom's dignity in front of daughter and husband but carefully, yet clearly, added the topic of lust.
