For those that are having the "can't merge down issue" If you are using a newer version of gimp...just make sure the screenshot image is also visible with the eyeball symbol. All layers MUST be visible. Hope that helps
The best Icon catalog tutorial ever. I found a few other videos before this tutorial. The others failed miserably. In comparison to this video, the other videos were, either way, too fast or the audio way low, too blurred, and I couldn't see where they'd click on Gimp Or PS!. Keep Up the Great work. Do you have any other tutorials aside from catalog Icons?

When you at (export image as GIF) window, there is an option below (Animated GIF options) that says (Delay between frames....) Change it from 100 milliseconds to the number you want.

I upgraded Gimp to 2.10.6, and now it's not the same huge difference, I can't do edit layers attributes the same as the older version could you help?

You can make one yourself or buy one from a creator. Or find a free one from a creator
The new version is way different and I did everything like you showed but the scaling thing doesn't work out.
