I love the difference in Harlow between when she’s working and when she’s off duty. It’s always awesome to see how well trained she is.
That face when Judd asks if she's going to jump: "CAN I???!" And Judd understood and answered her silent question, "No... Your mom will murder me." LOL! Harlow's bond with Judd is so deep and strong.

Oh my stars. I laughed so hard at Harlow looking at the river! My Labrador, who cannot swim well, insists on walking right along the edge of our pool. She also barely knows she has back legs, so often times as she turns the corner....you guessed it! She misses with the back feet and SLIP! Into the pool she goes. The she is insulted that her ears got wet. Silly goose!
Harlow definitely loves Jaquie and feels a sense of well-being and safe with her.
I honestly thought at one point when Hippo was looking at Judd from a distance that she was going to jump in lol - she had the look of wanting to pretty much the whole time, she sure is something :)

Everyone has pent-up energy at times but we don't draw animals into it.
Judd was definitely NOT trying to keep Har out of the water! haha! Our version of MOSH in Chicago is MOSI. But with all the shortcuts and acronyms we use these days, we always say the full name, Museum of Science and Industry.

Aww...Take her to the beach and let her swim! The river is nasty anyway! Of course, I swallowed gallons of that nasty water as a kid and survived, but my children may be born with extra limbs or something. Who knows? 😂😂 Hope ya'll enjoy Jax!

Hi Jaquie! I am sorry you are having a bad pain day. But, thanks for going to the museum. It's really cool! And the outdoor portion is gorgeous! It's just like Coastal Georgia. My cousin, Jan, lived in Jacksonville for the longest time. I never quite understood why. Figured it was just a big city center. Poor Harlow! She was looking so confusedly at Judd at the museum. Judd trying to jump rope was not something she sees at WalMart or Publix. :)
I wasn't worried about Harlow falling in to the water. I was afraid of her jumping into the water! Then I pictured sharks. ugh!

I was laughing like half this video, but Harlow was making me very nervous she was going to jump or fall in. I'm sorry your in so much pain. Praying for relief. I've been in alot of pain to with a back injury, leg injury, overall EDS joint pain and hip subluxations. But like you say we got to keep keeping on and every day is a new day! 💪
What a grear dog hippo is. My dog wouldve jumped in that water. I still miss him sooo very much. I still cry every day and dont have any appetite. hippo is such an energetic dog. I think judd is right. He def needs a friend who could keep up his energy and tire eachother out. When u guys settle into the new house i guess.
Wakako Tsujita Think about getting another furbaby Wakako...and then teach her to kiss your tears away before they fall. That's one of the tasks I taught my SD to do. She's soooo much a part of my life! I don't know what I would do without her. I hope your sadness eases and that you feel better about getting another furbaby soon. I'm so sorry for your loss!

I just wanted to thank you for sharing your story, I also have Elhers-Danlos Syndrome. With many similarities to your own condition (Migraines, Spasms, Chronic Pain). I'm also extremely lucky to have a service dog as well, but anyway I digress. Thanks for showing people what Elhers-Danlos Syndrome and the conditions that go along with it, is really like. The Good Days and the Bad Ones.

Ours is OMSI. Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. I love going. the big exhibits change every few years but the smaller ones I can remember being there when I was little.
Just wanted to let you and other viewers watching know that your favorite Pure heating pad is for sale for much cheaper at Tjmaxx right now. I just picked one up and it's so good I'm gonna go back and get the neck and shoulder one, too! 😁

More unsolicited advice about building a house: get an additional surge protector built into your circuit breaker box. Maybe this is included in houses in Florida given Florida has the most lightning storms in the US. Did this in Texas and never lost electronics like refrigerator, microwave, tv's, computers, altho neighbors did. Also got a dedicated circuit for the kitchen refrigerator. Was advised that most compressors wear out due to sharing power with other small appliances. Due to your medical needs, you should have a space for a power generator as well. Get a land line phone as well for backup to cell service.
And consider getting solar panels as well.
I don’t have PoTS but at times during this I felt like I did when Hippo was close to the edge!

I wonder if you metabolize cannibis the same way you metabolize other pain meds and that's why they're not really working for you. Your body may process them too quickly to be effective. I hope you're able to find a solution!!

This video had so many emotions to it my heart was in my throat with fear when Harlow was by the water, I could not stop laughing when Judd tried to jump rope and I felt bad about Jaquie having to lay down all these things and I have one more thing to say SIGN ME UP FOR THE NEXT ADVENTURE

I use have used medical marijuana for chronic pain and GI issues for years now. And now I actually work in the marijuana industry in Canada. I am more than willing to talk to you about my experience and offer any suggestions or just a sounding board if ever you need.
Awe i bet Harlow would love a day at fort DeSoto or honeymoon island. Those are both places in Tampa Bay that have dog beaches. I wish I could find a guy like Judd. I know with my health like it is, my husband will have to be my caregiver and i feel like that's a burden on someone in a relationship. My dad already does so much having two disabled daughters (my sister with CP and me with ASD arthritis PCOS and MDD) i know it takes a lot out on him

So,writes you need different combinations of MMJ. Some for daytime and some for nighttime. I have others that are,for nausea and nerve pain. I am keeping a MMJ journal to see what helps for what symptoms.

I feel your pain with trying to find the right cannabis product. I'm just starting to see the tiniest relief with one but the amount I'd need to take is out of my budget. I'm hoping to find something stronger next time I can go.
Have you looked into a mmj hard candy. They work along the same ways as a tinture but they are a little stronger. I have gi issues and most edibles don’t work my hard candy’s do. Btw I’m not trying to tell you want to do just something to discuss with your doctors 😊 I hope you start getting pain relief
hi, marijuana cbd capsules work better. they stay in your system longer. cbd oil and capsules are better than what your taking. use sativa oil or marijuana (vape) for short term pain. if your taking panic attacks or getting triggered in some way take a bit of indica oil. it will calm you down. if you want anymore advise let me know.
I can just imagine what Jaquie would be saying if she were right there seeing that! lol Judd letting Harlow push the limits and be cheeky! Hah I made that mistake once and my dog fell off a dirt cliff into a river. A small , not very full or fast moving one, but still. He was fine though, popped right out like nothing happened once he was Rescued.
