In reality, we attracted people who have this problem because of being surrounded by people who Treat us like we are less then, incapable or a damsel in destress who cant do anything on our own… maybe thats from our own behaviors, but when the man seeks a women who is helpless and re’lies on her illness to keep her Being a victim of her disease so he can save her and feel like a hero or as if he holds a purpose.. it actually highlights his sickness/illness. I know because i was captain save a ho as much as i was The pilot of my disease.. it takes both getting help , seeing the depth of this talks’sick (toxic) relationship to Address the root of why she drinks to escape the world around her that tells her day in and out she should be grateful and not complain (come plane) while being told shes inadequate and cant handle a spoon and cup. We dont see the other 1000 things people say.. that alcoholics and drug addicts understand on a far deeper wounded level. We think.. send the druggy or alcoholic to Therapy… and Rehab.. we dont think to ask the ones around her to get therapy’ because we assume shes the problem and her disorder is the problem .. its part of a family dynamic rooted in childhood that teaches children through various Forms of mental, psychological, emotional conditioning, that says Ur not enough, you cant handle things like others, ur a screw up, ur “fun” but thats all ur allowed to be.. People dont realize how often they hear and Go through things.. and then wonder why they drink like a fish to escape the tears and see(sea) of others..
