Congratulations to the Tidy Towns competition which has made a big impact on the towns in Ireland - I remember Mullingar when the buildings were all grey - now there is lots of colour and lots of flowers

Wow. A big trip down memory lane. A few of my old pubs are still going. Caffreys down Mount st. Not been back in 35 years. I went to school with David O'Malley the watch maker. The Newbury used to be Broders hotel.
