- Laingholm exists
- Sylvia Park BK has a basketball court (I knew it was there for the past 10 years)
- Stonefields is literally a quarry with a Warehouse and a Taco Bell
We used to call Papatoetoe papa-two-toes back in the days haha wonder if that is still a thing there..
On point cuz , born and raised here. Everything you said is 💯 facts. Happy to admit you're right. Turning into a Super city made it Super suckiee Land of the greedy councils
Can't believe you missed the two Albert park chinese takeaways with identical names right next to each other too. Really nice food. Also the spider in Avondale.
Not Albert park, Mt Albert noodle house x2 Right?
Supposedly it used to be one establishment and then the owners had a fallout and they split the place.
People live in auckland
👇
I came into this thinking “I will only tolerate Auckland slander from an Aucklander” and I was not disappointed. Man knows his shit.
i have rats on the inside
@@Wesda
I live in auckland and it’s pretty cool probably different to other places
I remember going to St Heliers fish and chips shop as a kid. That Sh!t was the best
love how West Auckland was never touched upon, but that's good because we don't consider ourselves part of Auckland
I commented pretty much the same thing and then found that you'd already said it. West is Best
What westies are u talking about? Everyone I know is pretty regional here connecting all over Auckland and interested in the overall picture. Lived here all my life. Only people I know like what you describe are generally the elderly.
Fuck all jobs or study places out here most go to central, north or south, as evidence by our choka trains - if they're running but prepare to hug someone and buses - WX1 on the NW you better have your monkey bar skills up to scratch so you can swing about whilst a standee - great workout, and motorway with 4-5 lanes all the way that still gets gridlocked.
Also don't try cycling or scooting unless u don't mind bottles hurled at you and being shouted at or run over. Nice path along the motorway but good luck getting to it. Surprised there are as many brave souls as there are on there frankly.
Is this New Zealand's capital? Looks quaint and peaceful
No
The CBD was to accurate, especially queen street and wynyard.
Nz is like 90% vape stores and convenience stores selling pies
Is there a rivalry between Australia and New Zealand?
Ahhhhh Home 😊
I thought this would be someone from Christchurch running their mouth about a place they've never been (as usual), but this vid turned out to be quite funny!
MY HOUSE WAS ON THERE, DA HECK
This is accurate for this time ,Born and Breed in Sth Auckalangi now live in the Manawatu sad to say Auckland is a mini India 👳🏽♂️Go back to 90s early 2000s Auckland was the place to be 💪
Brutal lol!
"Orewa has an Edmund Hilary statue, even though he has nothing to do with the place." LOL
I'm an Aucklander and actually quite like it here, but that was still a very accurate summary lol
How do people hate auckland so much, I really don't get it. Auckland is such a beautiful city with the most beautiful nature surrounding it.
@@luminisant I think it's just a cultural universal to hate on the biggest city in a country. But yeah for real Auckland is solid, the climate is good, the beaches are excellent, the food is excellent, and the public transport is non-existent. You can't win 'em all!

I am a loyal Dunkin Donuts cistomer, their stores are clean, modern and great strong coffee beverages. The staff are polite, professional, well presented and just lovely people who do their job well especially at Botany Dunkin Donuts!!!.
I went to Starbucks Brittomat Auckland city and when i walked it they ignored me, they seemed vague, unhelpful, their store was unkept, ripped sugar satchets on the table. The whole demeanour of the Starbucks felt Ugghhh..I just said to the staff at counter Nevermind ive changed my mind. And i walked up Queen street to DUNKIN DONUTS
SOUTH AUCKLAND RULES 👏🥹
I wasn't sad at all till Waiwera hotpools was chucked in there at the end.. 😭
