You have to just explore the world, if your in range of a transmitter and it’s an aurora you might not always get a signal so just run around the map until the radio picks up a signal

@@Jumpshot_James77 it might be a little bit till i post that video so I will try my best to explain it. Once you pick up the radio your going to get a new tab in your inventory about the tale, and it will tell you the location of 4 transmitters (one of them is the one in this video) after going to all those regions and repairing the transmitters your going to get a new objective to investigate signals in other regions. Then just go to those regions wait for an aurora and then run around until you pick up a signal. Track it down then you will find a bunker, repeat until you have found all 4 bunkers!
Cool!! Looks like each cache will randomly choose a certain type of loot. Like flares that we got or food and one time I even saw a cache with a rifle plus a cleaning kit and some rifle and revolver ammo.

@@ThisAndThat765 yeah, there is no way to fast travel in the game. So I recommend getting the radio early from forsaken airfield and then whenever you go to another region for whatever reason you’ll have the option to use it if an aurora or the fog appears!
My handheld shortwave isn't working. I fixed the transmitter, I'm close to the first cache, it's on yellow mode and there's an aurora right night. What can i do?

I play without harming the deers because that makes it really challenging. I like deer, but I also wish they'd make the more interesting, in my opinion they are broken, they are an easy source of food, they can be downed, you can chase them to be downed by another creature, it just really breaks the game. I hate how in all games they are made the exact same boring way. Ugh.
Yeah I agree that the hunting should be improved in this game. Deer should be much more alert and run away much more easily. And they could add a scope for the rifle so you can shoot the deer form farther away. In most survival games animals are easy to kill but if your looking for a realistic game where you can hunt deer check out way of the hunter. I have videos about it on my channel and it’s a fun challenge to hunt deer in that game.

The hatches of the tale bunkers will be buried in the snow, meaning your going to need the radio to find them and then uncover them! :)
i just wondered around the airfield all night after "repairing" the transmiter... didnt realise it has a switch you need to flick
