LOVE 💓 the laces around the shoes
Awesome man you have!!! Great Birthday gifts. Thank you for the time, and work you put into this tutorial for us! I’m looking to make some Book Fairy Flatts for my daughters costume 🤗
too much talking..just straight to how it will be done
Amen! 😂😂🤦
Calvin and hobbes I loved as a kid. Those would be cute shoes 👟
I got the same shoes at Walmart just in black to diy they so glad you make this video

OMG they are so cute and stylish i love then i am sure i will make one of those
+Maahi Patel I hope you will send me photos if you do! :)
i will try to make and send you pic
+Maahi Patel Awesome! :)
Was googling mod podge shoes as I'm making a few pairs of lush cosmetics shoes and wondered how I'm to do it love THIS video n u r so informative THANK you 😊❤️🙏💯🤚. Btw I was thinking dead pool shoes for my son it's his fav too 😂 n y said dead pool Im like I'm subscribing to this channel oh yeah!! Ty again
My fav comic is the harley quinn ones ..... I love them
I made these and they are amazing! To make them last longer is to put some clear tape over them, and line the edges of the shoes with fabric! It makes them glossy and durable :)
I liked lots of comics growing up - sunday comic strips and lots of comic books. One of my favorites was Garfield because I am a cat person! I liked the picture of your pokeyball cookies. Can you do a video of how to make them?
If i can borrow my Dad's kitchen I definitely can! I loved Garfield too!
Longest damn intro ever omg. Skip to 6:42 you’re very welcome
Sarah P thanks haha
Effing thank you. Holy shit.
Got Damn u saved my life!! Thank u!! 😂😂
What if you cover the rubber soles with tape? maybe it would then be easier to take off any adhering comic papers. Otherwise v. cool.
+Reese DChatch that could work. You will still need to cut away any excess comic book papers, but I found that not to much stuck on the sole as long as I didn't go crazy with mod podge! :)
6:41 right after she said let's get started, it looks like someone ate the last bagel bite.
lol
This is a really great idea but you should use fabric Modge Podge. The regular kind that you used isn't made for this.
After you're wearing them for awhile, does the mod-podge give you a 'cracked' finish?
Good question! I was wondering too.
@@hon3yd3w did it crack our things work out well
Why not cover up some parts with tape to keep the mod podge off of them?
Wil they get ruined if water gets on them those are nice...
not if you use fabric or outdoor mod podge. I would use fabric because it's not as thick as outdoor.
Actually I checked up & it said mod podge is a water sealer so it's waterproof.
Skip to 6:15 for the tutorial
my favorite comic book characters superman, the flash, wolverine, ghost rider, batman, spider-man, green lantern, silver surfer, dr. doom, doomsday and super skrull =-) my favorite manga/anime characters are luffy, goku, yami yugi, roronoa zoro, madara uchiha, usopp, naruto, natsu, kid buu and guts ... =-) ;-)
Is it weird I'm 14 and llloooooovvveee archie (I started reading the comics because of riverdale the show)
Lilly_de-jones Aren't you a special little snowflake?! Yes. Children today can like things of the past. It's nothing new, and you're not any better than anyone else for it.
Where did you get your shirt?
would this work on leather?
Do they crack when they are being worn?
Mine did sadly :'(
Can i use mod podge super gloss
I wonder too, since I'm in Galicia and it rains a lot
Will it still work if I use regular printer paper
It should. The only thing to watch out for might be the ink bleeding so I would test it out first and see if that happens!
That's what I did but I didn't use mod podge...I used a acrylic gloss that sticks the paper then after it dries seal the whole shoe...it makes it waterproof
Beverlee Jones what did you use to seal your shoes?
How much were the shoes at Walmart
Probably about $6
She said 20$
wal-mart paul blart
Whew! way too much extra talking! Just get to the DIY! I had to fast forward.
no one ever explains how they look after washing. thats what im concerned abt. and spare us the boyfriend story... lets just get down to the tutorial. thnks.
Actually, you can wash them *if* you apply an extra thin layer of mod podge on the ALREADY DIY'ed shoe. Remember a thin layer wud do or it will look bad
You talk to much than what you do
