Hey there! She didn't tell exactly how to make the kajmak. She said that they boil the milk and then leave it warm for 3-4 hours.. Then they put it in the fridge for another 8 hours. They collect the kajmak from the top.. They use the leftover milk for making cheese.
Boil the milk. Use wide but shallow pot. Leave the milk to cool down and when it's completely cooled put the pot into fridge. Leave it there overnight. In the morning kajmak will be on top of milk. Collect kajmak carefully. Salt it if you want to keep it longer, or eat it as is. The most important thing is that the milk must be cooled down in wide and shallow pots or even baking pan. The depth of the milk in pot should be 7-8 cm. I hope this helps if it's not too late. And, beware if you have small amount of milk you will not get much of kajmak, you must have more milk. Begin with 5 L. The rest of milk after you collect kajmak you can use to make cottage cheese of something similar, or you can just use it as skim milk.
Nisu imali pravo na subvencije, jer drzava ne pomaze fizicka lica!!! Bitno je da ih ima na birou bez posla, meni nisu mogli dati subvencije kada sam htela da sadim maline iz istog razloga kao sto je kazala zena!?
Mlada zena i pametna,dok sam zivila u BIH redovno sam kupovala ovaj kajmak. Nista nema ljepse,jos vruca pogaca,mmmmm Bravo svaka cast.

@@sanjafiliposka I just bought 4.2 percent fat milk. The more fat milk have, the better the kajmak.
