Hey there, with the tyre preasure warring you need to reset it after you have pumped you tyres to the correct preasure. Easy to do, check your settings using the steering wheel controls. The AUX input can be hardwired into the stereo as it has an AUX 2 input. Do you have the phone module installed in the centre consal? Or are you able to make phone calls through the stereo? As there is another way. You boot sounds like that because off you number plate. The gear changes are slow cause your not in sport mode. Also you can reset the throttle positioning sensor. The parking sensors are normal :( If you have allready had replies to you five hates I apologise in addvance. Dave B
Owned 350cdi for 4 months now. Wouldn't swap it for anything, I totally love it, but I agree with every one of the 5 points. Closing the boot annoys me the most, I have the same flappy number plate but the boot just feels too light in comparison to the rest of the car. Bluetooth is a pain but I bought a £15 FM Bluetooth transmitter which works perfectly fine. Gear change is a Mercedes thing (same as the heavy accelerator pedal) , I owned a CLK a few years back and it was exactly the same. 3 point turns are annoying as it pauses longer in and out of reverse.
Flappy plate - buy some double sided foam sticker tape and put one strip close to each horizontal end under the plates and you are served. This issue is present on more models and not only MB and in most cases it is the plastic frame that is screwed in place by only 2 bolts that simply cannot support the momentary slapping force. Fully removable with a glue and sticker removal spray if you ever need to clean it off again. The pedal is quite soft actually. It depends on where you set your heel. If you are leaving a gap and do not use most or your complete foot on the gas pedal then you create a lever which increases with the distance you rest your foot further away from the pedal. The pedal itself also adapts and learns your drivint style channging stiffness relative to your behavior and speed. Reason: Less jerky ride due to minor foot movement. MB is about comfort and they think about such details. Try switching to sport mode (C/S button) and try your pedal response now.
Gad tuning in Essex can remap the gearbox to speed up shifting and generally make shifting smoother. Worth a call to gad tuning (no I don't work for them).
When you drive on the highway/interstate/whatever Brits call it, your the heat will cause your tire pressures to INCREASE, not decrease. I'm sure you've figured this out by now (or at least hope so 😅). Huge respect, and glad you're making it big! Love your videos.
Just found these as I’ve bought an e class coupe...really good. On number 5; I prefer it beeping when I get close as I know I’m about to hit something! I ignore the others when they start too early and have hit many things 😂
I own the same model and colour car. I agree with the 5 things you dislike but they are minor irritations, overall the car is a dream to drive. In your next video perhaps 5 things you love about the car?
It would be 500 things then.. We have the same car. Amazing torque and power and a dream to drive. Thinking about remapping it with EGR delete and DPF delete. 290 hp and 640nm.. seeya.
Hi Mat, i have the same car with dash plastic wood but i did not find new ones as they are broke. do u know any site that can purchase? thank you , you are great.
i need advice. im thinking about purchasing a 2010 e350 coupe and it has 140000 on the dash. i’m wonder what things i need to look for exactly. i want to make this my daily and want to know what your opinion is on reliability
I bought an 2013 e350 with 144k a few years ago and it’s my fault. 109k later and it still runs strong. Change oil and filter every 5k and it’s fine. Once in a while I added fuel additives to clean fuel injectors but that’s it. Only thing I had an issue with was alternator and radiator
What size tyres do you have on the front on the 19s I’m not sure what will fit as it’s a little bit tight with the suspension with my 235 40 18 already
I need advice on making my car more firm on the road. Currently W212 E550 with airmatic. Want to lower a little and firm them up in sports setting. All currently stock at the moment ?
my parking sensors go off when i start it and just sitting in my driveway with nothing around, or when im stopping and nothing around me either!!! Plus they don't do the multi-light "filling up" as you put it. I want to deactivate them as I detest the noises they make, plus I have never liked parking sensors and have an audio condition where noises like the one it makes kinda set me off.
@@universalelement to be fair nothing has gone wrong with it other than the rear abs sensor ring both sides they corrode and take out the abs sensor its an expensive job as the axle has to come out to remove them worth checking if they been replaced I fitted a pedal box to the throttle speeds up the throttle response well worth doing transformed the car 👍
Depends on the model number of the system. There's several different systems fitted to the cars. Early Audio 20 systems only have Bluetooth Telephone but physically no Bluetooth Audio, Impossible to change that. Later Audio 20 had both Tel and Audio Bluetooth but Audio needs to upgraded by dealer to use. I think nearly all the comand NTGs have Bluetooth audio. It's all dependent on what system the car was specced with. Mine has the early Audio 20 and the only work around is using an FM Bluetooth transmitter. It's not ideal but it's better than spending £600+ on a retrofit system.
your damn right! 5 things you hate about YOUR e350 is that your 350 doesnt have reg plates fit properly, you dont use bluetooth, and your expecting cruise car to be a sport one.... your just a noob if goes about cars
Buy an S-Class, cheapest car to run ever, hardly ever breaks down, I had a S350L for 8 years as a Taxi!. Never had a service, sorted many problems out myself as there is lots of room under the bonnet, the E-Class suspension is too weak. Big bugbear with mates using the E-Class as taxis.

How times have changed..... Great to see how your channel has grown since these days 👍
Number 3 is a stupid reason. Plus that was your license plate making that noise
same as 2... you can use bluetooth....
its cuz mercedes put the liscense plate there lmao

Wont the tyre pressure increase with heat?
the guy is obviously a noob if goes about cars
Yes, normally you should see an increase of about 2psi (I think) from cold to running temp.
Gad tuning in Essex can remap the gearbox to speed up shifting and generally make shifting smoother. Worth a call to gad tuning (no I don't work for them).

Ali G, the guy even said [Respect].
we luv our e350. never had a single problem with it
Wow, this guy is gonna be a big RUclipsr one day. 🙂↕️ . I can feel it.
Your e350 sounds smooth and lovely and mine sounds like an old transit van. Why 😭😭😭
Looking into 2010-2012 E550 - V8 - sounds great with exhaust - reliabile - they fixed all the timing bullshit MB had in older cars. Sounds like a GTS.
Mat .....ur funny ...parking sensors are fine, ur not gonna park up at 40mph
lol, vintage Mat Armstrong 😊
Nice video bro, I was watching you do your bmx show at Leicester vs Southampton! It was really good
Fast comment bro!! Cheers man appreciate the support 👍
I’m thinking about buying one . Is it worth it?
My boot dosnt pop open when I push the key button like yours does. It does unlock it though.
Should it open all the way?
yes it should. Press and hold the button it should open by itself
I agree with the parking sensors, I have a e350d. Same colour 😍👌.
Love the sound mine makes ...
Where I can found the bicycle rack !!!! I got the same car an I want something just like that
Hi Mat, i have the same car with dash plastic wood but i did not find new ones as they are broke. do u know any site that can purchase? thank you , you are great.
Put some double sided tape on the back of the rear plate, it will help stop the plate rattling against the boot.
I love your plate! :') I was driving near Chelmsford in Essex years ago and saw a white Audi with PR08 MXR spaced to say "PRO 8MXR" 👈
Aaron rubbish plate, what is that even meant to mean

good vid... I made up my mind - because of those parking sensors im going for an s5 :)
came here for some pre-purchase info and found a 🔥 AF track @ 2:00 TE Dness - Saucy

The black alloys look sick as Mat 👌😍
I think you mean 1st world problem. The boot of the car is certainly not a third world problem 😊 10:47
Your number only applies to your car. If you bought it brand new you can spec it with a button that automaticly shuts
Hey bro what year is your e350 coupe?
Arsh Sekhon 2010 man
@@MatArmstrongbmx would you recommend it?
yes he does Uni
Parking sensors are fine
Bring more car videos as well, and please remap it! :D
I’m not sure your on the wrong line with this. You might find it has pressure sensors on all 4 corners and one has a flat battery or more
I do like your boot spoiler
Mine are it's 60% a c class, choppy ride, heavy steering, sluggish throttle response, and rattling door trim.... But hey it looks good

I totally disagree with you about the second one. You can use the Bluetooth option for listening to music. Just check in the net how to enable it. ;)
