This is the reality. I don't want to demotivate anyone but the fact of the matter is that the facilities given to a judge at the district level is next to none. I joined the judicial service with high hopes and expectations but was utterly disappointed with the lack of even basis facilities and infrastructure. Even to this day , after two years of service, i still have second thoughts about my job. Also, the seniors (HJS) expect you to behave a certain way all the time and they are very much conservative in their approach and how they treat you (for example when we went for picnic, they wanted the juniors to serve them food, stand when they eat the food and we were asked to deliberately loose games like badminton and chess when played against the seniors so that their ego is not hurt). They would always advise you to work in a specific way ( Example: reject bails when offence under certain sections no matter whatever be the merits of the case, not to take actions any stakeholder etc etc..., They basically want you to work very mechanically). Even tehsildars and revenue inspectors get better office, chambers and sufficient staff to work with. I envy my friends who are now DSP and SDM and are working in much better condition and have much more job satisfaction. If only I could turn back the clock ....
Hello, respected sir,thank you for giving us insight of judges life and functionary of courts etc... Sir i want to make a request to you, please come up with evidence act illustrations sections and how to write broad answers on these illustration in mains exam. as I have a apo mains in coming days.
At the time or after the judgment of conviction of accused ...the life a judge who delivered the judgment is at high risk....so there is strong need of personal security guard or gunner at lest .... this is the need of present scenario
@@avneeshdhariwal8983 i agree one of my clients was in jail and he could not get bail for a long time after coming out he told me that many other accused persons who were sent in jail by the same CJM were upset with that CJM and they used to talk about him on daily basis.
