I followed your tutorial verbatim, but when using DumpsterU I am getting a "Not a WFS Device or bad key" error message. Update: I have redumped the bins several times, reformatted the HD, reinstalled the software, tried a different PC, read several forums and I still have not resolved this issue. Is this compatible with ver 5.5.6?
I used Wii USB Helper to achieve similar goal. The only thing that bothers about using nintendont is that when you press the home button, it just interrupts whatever you are playing, right? Because it goes back to Wii menu which soft resets the console to change its mode. (is this happening in you case too? The video didn't show this). Other than that, I just need to make the sigpatcher run automatically on boot than I'm gold!

I know this is a bit late, but I'm having the same problem with this as I did with using Teconmoon's. Every time I create the inject, everything works fine. The only issue I have, is when I actually go to play it. I open up the inject without issue, then the screen goes black, the screen turns off, turns back on (but still black), and it displays the Wii logo. It then sits on a black screen for around a minute or two, and reboots. I think it's an issue with the game not finding nintendont, but I have nintendont set up already, and I can access it through the vWii mode just fine.
I have the same problem, I don't know what to do, I found people online suggesting to download the games on nand, but it didn't work. Then someone suggested to open vWii, then go back to Wii u and open the game. It worked, but the game lagged as fuck and it crashed shortly after. Maybe someone will answers us here.
The game you purchased from the store can run on the pad, you do the switcharoo with a different game, and then the game still thinks it works on the pad

that means you enabled auto start tiramisu i did that once if you want to disable that when you wii u is booting hold x then once you see tiramisu click the other one then you click something else then yous should see switch then switch to wii u boot up and not the payloader now it won't auto boot tiramisu for you

@@incognito-p9c I read a forum online that someone was having the same issue as you and me too. They claim to think it’s the program the emulator causing a drift through the virtual consul injection. I think it’s phony maybe try changing out your game pad and I’ll try that myself too
@@incognito-p9c oh really so if anybody has a worn out game pad that looks scratched up and beat up that could be the reason why it’s drifting so you do have to buy a new one then in order for the gamecube games not too drift
You can try deleting and reinstalling the app. You can also try redumping your NAND. Lastly the game your trying to inject could be corrupted. Try a different one to verify

Then, when I tried, the command prompt pops up and instantly vanishes. So I feel like that’s my Hangup but idk how to get it to actually run. I’ve tried both Luigi’s mansion and also metal gear solid. They both work well on my Wii so I doubt they are corrupted.
@@BelowAverageGaming I have tried reinstalling. Same issues. When I run the nfs2iso2nfs app in the content folder it just quickly pops up and disappears. I can’t figure out why. When I run the inject process, it all goes through just fine, then I select the WUP option, and that completes fine. But when I then enter the wup folder it creates, it is empty. So frustrating. Lol. My ds injects work fine. It’s only GameCube giving me issues. The GameCube files I have work absolutely fine on wii with Nintendont so it can’t be corrupt iso. I have no idea. I’m about to give up..
I finally got WUP INSTALLER to recognize a file. 2 seconds into installation on Wii U and I get a black screen. I try again. Same thing. It refuses to install. What am I doing wrong?
@@BelowAverageGaming I think it was the USB device I was using. I switched to a different one and it's working. I have to reiterate to everyone trying this, make sure your USB device is compatible. If it isn't on the compatibility list, you are taking a huge risk in wasting your time and pulling your hair out. The one I was trying to use was not tested before, I'll have to add it to the not working list. I'm now playing Def Jam: Fight for NY using my gamepad. Once I am playing a game, how do I close it and get back to the Home Screen? I can install, start, and play the game, and when I hit the home button, it does a reboot of the console. when I try to open the game again, I get Error Code: 1999-9999. It works again if I reinstall the game, but idk what is the safe way to exit nintendont.
Gotcha. I kinda figured out what I was wrong by reading my question. I mentioned it does a reboot when I hit home, so IDK why I didn’t think to relaunch Tiramisu. After that it works.
You can make sure cuts pretty much out of everything, but installing Nintendont through WUP doesn't mean you'll be able to use the gamepad with it. Your best bet is to just use it as an emulator. As far as the wiimote, I'm not sure because it didn't ask me to do that when I did it, I would say try a different game and obviously make sure you're not using a Wii game
@@BelowAverageGaming I found a way!, yes gamepad works, I installed Nintendon't via WUP on same SD card which has Taramisu automatic loaded, I didn't need to do the wii channel process or weird number changing stuff, I just start up Nintendon't, press a for GC games. I am shocked I got around it without even using a Wiimote process you showed, which is probably if you want to play Wii, I am more interested in GC.

simpler way is to use TeconMoon's WiiVC Injector
It's also an older program, I checked it out before making this video. But also this program can inject other consoles which makes it a bonus

Why your wii u resets after selecting Heath? Mine displays a message saying something like Don't run Mocha twice.
Are you running tiramisu? Usually if it tells you don't run it twice all you have to do is restart the console

Once you do it the first time you're all set, you just have to change the game you're turning it into

Since this is a virtual console injection you won't be able to return to the nintendont menu. What you're doing now is how it has to be done

I tired this and it worked with all other games but phantasy star online for gamecube. can any one help get it working
It worked for the first 15 games i installed but then wup installer kept getting stuck at 0% when trying to install a game, Any tips people?
Btw wii u games do install through wup installer which is the weird part and i have a 1tb seagate portable that’s barely full

Have you tried installing it to your Nand instead of your drive?

So I've gone through everything and have a gamecube game on my wii u, if I run it on TV it works perfectly fine but when I try and run it on the gamepad the system freezes, is there something I'm doing wrong. If someone could help it would be much appreciated
