Just to clarify some points out in this video: That grinding he does with the straight bar, has no effect whatsoever (even if you don't care about that particular cylinder head); its just a "bad habit", since if there was sand or dirt under the straight bar, grinding the thing on the cylinder head would just cause scratches and imprints from the dirt that is trapped under the bar. The grains will not disappear just because you grinding the bar back and forth. Otherwise, clear information and straight forward!
