Here is my piano arrangement of "Forevermore" from the Final Fantasy XVI soundtrack which is the field theme of Rosaria (or basically the theme of my Hideaway since finding the orchestrion roll).
I already started working on this piece before the release but only recently got a clean version to finish my arrangement.
Next up will probably be "Away" (Ifrit vs Phoenix theme) or "My Star".

Thanks for the suggestion, I added it to my list! :) I think there already are quite a few piano versions of that on RUclips though, so I'll have to see if it's worth doing my own arrangement.

I love this! It's a different arrangement than mine, but it potrays closer to the original OST, calm and peaceful. Maybe I put too much of my personal touch to mine, but it's my 1st attempt, never mind! Subscribed. Keep up the good work!

I really like your arrangement, I think there's absolutely nothing wrong with adding your personal touch. In fact, I often find that I stick a bit too much to the original, especially with big orchestral stuff that doesn't translate to the piano that easily. So, keep up the good work! :)
@@callio-p Aw thanks! That meant a lot. It's my first time arranging music, so wasnt sure what Im allowed to do or not. I'll keep at it then. I guess the takeaway here is, do what we each feel is best :)
Regarding sticking to original, I actually find that harder to do. Because Im not good at playing from ear, I tend to play from how I remember it feels, rather than from listening. Dont know if that helps!

I'm currently working on "Away", but "My star" will definitely come after that. It is quite long though, so it might take a little while to transcribe/arrange. You can probably expect my upload in about 2-3 weeks.

Theres a piano piece that plays in each of the towns after a certain point in the game. It's all the same in each town. Do you know what it's called? Or can you play it for us?
Sorry for the late reply, did you find out by now how that piece is called? I listened to the whole soundtrack but somehow I must have missed it. I really like that one as well, so I'll probably do it sometime :)
@@callio-pI think it’s called “and melancholy marked him - its the theme that plays when you see Joshua for the first time after second time skip. Then, after primogenesis, the first few bars of that play on repeat when you’re in the towns. It’s not the whole piece, though, just a few measures repeated over and over I think
