Some say Billy and Demo have huge hitboxes. And then there’s Victor who’s got the widest he can literally collide into something that is right behind him when he’s facing away
Technically blight has the biggest hit box but victor has the same hit box as blight. Seeming the back bump. Also majority of hits missed on eyrie clips are from its rework hit boxes from old tiles are still on it that’s why It’s so painful to play on

The rage Spooks feels playing Twins is the rage I have as Billy. I swear, Survivors can be standing still in the open and I still miss because Im just bad

The way that you rage over the Twins is the same rage I feel playing as Clown. I hate that killer so much whether I play as him or against him. The other day I thought to myself "ya know, maybe I just don't appreciate Clown enough so I'm gonna play as him to ATTEMPT to gain just a little bit of appreciation for him" and I literally DC'd within the first couple of minutes. It wasn't because the survivors were cracked (because they were) it was simply because I hate his power, I hate the noises that he makes, I hate EVERYTHING about him. I try. I really do try not to hate Clown so much but I just can't. In the end game chat I just said "I'm so sorry guys, I really hate this killer with a passion, ggs" and left LOL

I never really understood that someone thought it was a good idea to only give victor a charged attack that takes ages to "load", then not being able to switch quickly back to the main killer itself.. They should change that by giving victor a m1 attack and that you can just switch back to charlotte instantly..

Intuition. If you memorize every perk, power, and addon that gives the killer aura reading then you can use intuition and process of elimination to know what aura reading they have when you lose a stack.

For example: the match starts and you lose a stack - Lethal Pursuer. The killer hooks across the map and you lose a stack - BBQ. Someone gets unhooked and you lose a stack - Floods of Rage.
If you play long enough, you learn all the perks and addons and you can figure out what aura readjng they have whenever you lose a stack.
@DthBySnwBLL so with distortion you lose a stack every time the killer reads your aura. With blood warden (activated or not) the killer can see your aura in the gate. So if you have distortion and lose a stack while in an open gate then there is a very very high chance they have blood warden. (Granted you need a distortion stack for this to work)

Unfortunately, Twins are bugged right now (again). Victor can normally make it over pallets but they fucked his hitbox/pounce aiming and he feels worse than ever. As you may have discovered it also considers what is directly behind him for NO apparent reason, so you just stay in place. It sucks so bad, they’re one of my mains 😭
And that bug will never be fixed because no one cares about Twins sadly 😂

Obviously it's stupid that the game would register a collision with something behind you when you leap as Victor, and I could be wrong, but it looks like it could be caused by backpedaling into a wall as you lunge. It also looks significantly harder to play Twins on a controller.
4:44 Unfun fact: pouncing over pallets as Viktor was easier until the latest chapter release, then there was some hitbox change (or maybe a bug, since the Twins get a new one all the time) and ever since he needs to be way further away from the pallet for it to work.

It seems like for Twins there is a bug where if Victor is up against a wall and a survivor while pouncing the survivor registers as an obstacle
I wonder if BHVR would ever attempt to rework twins by making Victor able to attack normally instead of pouncing, but limit his time to be used before he "expires" to make it much more active gameplay

Sitting there and wait hurts a lot on Twins. I’ll forever be scarred be a FTP + Buckle Up squad when I decided to try and practice them. It hurt so much.

The fact Twins recently got bugged (or accidentally nerfed) is insane. Victor can no longer jump pallets normally, unless you go a miles distance. Victor cannot jump some small walls, and if your back is too close to a wall as Victor, you will hit it. Even a renowned TWINS MAIN has experienced these problems as of recently.

As a Twins player, i'll admit that they're really complex to play as. Not for everyone, but i still think they're pretty strong in some ways. Being able to block paths using Victor or Charlotte while they're inactive, or even using a really good add-on that functions like Franklin's Demise, just not that great. But yeah, i understand why people don't enjoy the Twins that much.
uhhh cant be wrong about that but I thing, that they remove the aura reading from bloodwarden? I play always with distortion and I never lose stacks in the exitgate when the killer runs it

I honestly hope they make Victor third person, give him a normal basic attack, and let Charlotte teleport to Victor in order to pick up, idc what they have to nerf in order to make those 3 things possible, but they really need that shit

Some of those hitboxes with twins is how I feel when I play as bubba getting tantrum
It looks like a hitbox issue, like the "hit survivor" and "collide with terrain" values are swapped, the collide with terrain one is so huge and goes behind victor and way out to the sides of victor, but the damage box is only about as wide as victors body, which isn't very wide
oh SNAPS! 2:53 this reminds me of a time with my wraith (back when you could burn him) and these 2 swf'ers had me the whole trial... until i hooked one of the rando's. They both tea-bagged their way RIGHT INTO BLOOD WARDEN \o/ i downed one, hooked the other, and just rang my bell until they both died LuL. Then they called me toxic and "you need to get a life..." lol Ayaya........

Yeah so the reason Victor was hitting objects you weren’t looking is cuz (shockingly) there’s a bug where if your back is against an object Victor hits the object.
He’s going to take you back to Dead by Daylight. And if he plays Twins it’ll be a delight. He’d rather have a buffalo take a diarrhea dump in his ear😂😂😂😂 End of the video gave me a AVGN vibe! Hilarious

I am not a twins pro or twins main but I do want to say that their hitbox is pretty good(not the collision box, the hit box). With enough practice you can leap over pallets to reliably get hits, and not enough people realize this since no one plays twins. You have to be patient with Victor's pounce, the threat of pouncing is bigger than actually pouncing since you are vulnerable after.
If they do change the twins, then I want them to add a feature where you can command Victor to drag their body to a nearby hook whilst you control Charlotte. It would encourage hooking since you walk to the hook to recover your power rather than to get that one single hook. An alternative could be to attach Victor to a downed survivor so they can't recover until a survivor removes victor or a certain time passes.
Also, the twins are good at controlling two areas at once rather than hunting a survivor down. Instead of giving a survivor time to escape charlotte if they destroy Victor, have Victor sit in an area, or check areas you think Survivors are hiding. Then leave Charlotte at a choke point or at an objective. This works for the exit gates, this works for preventing a loop at shack(if theres only 1 survivor). You can easily use this to control the stairs in buildings or indoor maps(you are told someone is near victor and can switch over to punish them for using the choke point.) Victor is like a hag trap that can leap over windows and pallets and move around.
they bugged their hitbox a few updates ago so the hitbox is behind victor now, meaning you can hit a wall thats behind you and get kicked like spooks did 3 times in this vid and also cant launch over pallets anymore
And you can’t use Victor on stairs either. Rocks, trees, objects behind you, pallets and probably more.
I love Twins very much but the cooldowns, bugs and the clunky shit is so annoying xD
@@JonteNitak and if any of the clunk gets fixed by bugs (like the one ptb where switching between them actually felt fluid) they patch that shit IMMEDIATELY and call it an unintended change in the patch notes
Twins-over pallets, back up, look up, go over the lower side of it. Really throws people off when you get the hits

I’ve twins 2 times. Once after I got them, a 2nd time to get the adapt and sweated my ass off. I refuse to ever play them again. Fuck that dog shit
I'm a Twins main and I almost never encounter that kind of issue. At best I saw myself go through survivor. But it's most probably because i'm so used to them that i'm able to avoid these kind of situation. I'm curious to see what they'll do with their rework. I'm fine with them "fixing" the slugging with them. As i think it was cheap and always refused to play like that.
yeah i can attest that learning them is a slow and extremely painful process of developing muscle memory and instinctively avoiding those stupid situations, but each patch breaks them in some way that just makes it impossible to keep up without playing them regularly. Those collision issues have been reintroduced in a recent patch, and since they plan a rework it's likely that until then they will introduce new bugs and fix nothing in their current form since that would be a waste of time.

(The wraiths i play against are usually stereotypical Wraiths which is the main reason i hate him btw) and with Hag, Solo queue teammates.

to be fair, twins are bugged at the moment. Victor cant jump over pallets anymore and he cant leap with the back to a wall.
I played Twins once, match was going really well for me. However after a while, the game really started to drag., even though I was “winning”. It’s like no matter what you do with them, The Twins are no fun to play.
You should do a “try not to rage while playing Twins” challenge. I think you could manage😂

As Twins.. You really need a bit more patience.. Also keep in mind Victor has a bit of a arc when he jumps. Sometimes aiming a little higher is what you need to do... I noticed that is some of your major problems with Victor. You just need to learn how to use Victor.. I would honestly suggest trying the Cat Figurine as it gives you a indicator of where he will land if you are still having problems after my suggestion. Yes Twins have issues but Twins can be strong if played right. Just need to get used to how Victor works. Of course there is more to the Twins than just using Victor to damage/down.. But learning how that works is essential of course. :P

After watching your videos, iv gotten into the habit of looking up twitch streamers after I play against them. One English lady was very positive, but a lot of the others were very toxic.
There was one yesterday where I killed 3 as Mike, and carried the last one to the hatch as i usually do when possible. The last guy of the 3 I killed has Ttv in his name so I looked him up. He was ranting and raging about me to his 10 viewers. Kept calling me a Barbaque Michael (no idea?) and general insults about how bad I was at the game and how the tactics I used and the map we played in should be banned. He insisted that he was so good at the game that they would have won, but everything went wrong after he got hooked because he team mates were so bad.
Honestly all 4 of them were good players, he wasn't much better than the other 3. They just all kept coming to unhook immediately after I hooked someone, including the streamer, meaning that I could just down another each time.
I don't understand how someone's ego can be so big. They think they're the best player and if they loose, it's everyone else's fault and the way the others played should be banned.
Twins rework cannot come soon enough, I can't believe anyone would want to play them right now with how worse their fundamental gameplay has become.

On the one hand, Victor keeps hitting things behind him right now (and can't jump over palettes) bc of a bug. On the other hand, Twins are so consistently bugged that I still think it's reasonable to hate them for the reason that they never work right. It's a shame, I really WANT to like playing Twins. I feel like their power COULD be fun and open interesting gameplay options. But they just. Never. Work.
