Is it true that the wheel hubs need to be replaced when rotors are replaced? I have been told so by the dealership, but it is very expensive and I haven't had to do that with any other car before.
No they don't. Rotors replace when is already getting thin or there is grove on rotors surface because of wear. And wheel hubs only replace when it goes bad.
