Hi Angela so sorry to hear that you are not feeling well but when you work hard at what you want that was for happens with the bones use a lot of Epsom salt and Sophia has him and put relaxing cream on them. I bought one of the rose sweatshirts. ❤ I was diagnosed w/ breast cancer in 2009, was in remission and in Nov 2022 it metastasized to my bones. Had a metal rod put in my femur from hip to knee and will take daily chemo pills and monthly chemo shots for the rest of my life- but I’m a fighter and will continue to stay stronger than the storm!! I spent 46 years in food service. The tendons in my lower thumb to rest area are trash. I haven’t been able to open a bottle of water for a very long time and I’m 65. It’s repetitive motion. I’ve even had surgery but when your tendons are inflamed, there’s nothing you can do about it.

I had this in my wrist after I gave birth 9 months ago. The pain was excruciating. Did the physical therapy turned out it was de quervains. Look it up. I get shots for the pain now but eventually will need surgery. You may have the same thing. I hope you feel better soon.

Dear Angelina, i am/ was in the medical profession until i shut my practice last year- went into embroidery- courtesy of you ma’m! Please do not get offended by suggestions here, but i am speaking from the heart and experience with my patients:
You have adrenal stress:
Cut back your coffee to one a day and then to every other day till you are on 3. Week only.
Cut out all sugar, refined carbs , rice , fried foods out of your diet for at least 6 months. Follow a ketogenic diet- many recipes plans on internet. You could possibly have a gluten intolerance as well.
All these factors can cause a inflammation in your system that will only compound as time goes.
You are a workaholic, cant shut down and have a mega biz and three kids. Take care of your body. Its crying out for it. If you work at your pace, you need to fuel your body with good nutrition and a bit more rest. Otherwise you will just get sicker. Sending you hugs ❤
I need surgery on both hands as well. I’m diabetic so I don’t want the surgery. What has helped me I would sleep with wrist splints in both hands. After a couple weeks. I was able to use my hands more. And prolong surgery. Try working with the splints once in awhile too.

Hi, I heard you tallking about being in pain after you had your baby. That happened to me. It was like post-partum pain. It took me a while to feel better. I actually think it was from with-drawal from the prescription pain killers that they gave me. My whole body ached for a few years and then it quit.

Angela I know how do you feel because I do have Reumathoid Arthitis, the medice I take for that help me a lot but my hand and wrist still have pain almost every day becaude my tendons. Jus do it a massage evey day I roll a ball and squezze a soft ball too.

Sorry you have to deal with pain. I can rely so much with you. Has your dr. ruled out fibromyalgia, I was diagnosed with that after my daughter was born, for what the doctor explained it happens after your body goes through something traumatic, and pregnancy can be one of the causes, it eventually went away. 20 years later i had an accident as a consequence I am dealing with carpal tunnel, had surgery in one hand, not sure if i will do the second since i am still having problems with the first one.
Girl, drink a teaspoon or two of extra virgin olive oil, ginger, and turmeric shots.
About the carpal tunnel, went through the same! 1 Cortisone shot and it's gone! Ask your doctor 🙂
