That heena guy has charged you a lot the real cost for that design is not more then 30 rupees and then also he took you to that saloon who was his friend that heena guy advised him to charge you extra. The hair cut in India at that type of saloon, it doesn't cost more then 100.

He charged you 500 rupees, but it should have only been 40 rupees.Also, for a haircut at that kind of salon, the price should be under 100 rupees. Rs. 250 is quite less for the T-shirt. Good rate. He offered the same price to other gentleman as well.
